“Rooms are very dated. Mattresses felt like motel 6. Staff definitely needs a lesson on customer relations. A smile would even suffice. They just seemed annoyed. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel room was super clean. The mattress was a little bit too soft for my back. The room was really quiet which is really good. I have used the shared workspace, it was really good but a little bit too cold. The location is very awesome to visit Tahoe and Truckee. I would recommend it.”

“The pool service was immaculate. The water was well maintained, and the lighting adds pleasant experience. The complementary breakfast was quite to my liking as well, since they were hand-made by an excellent chef.(Especially the beans!)”

“Got 1 bedroom with kitchen. Unit is decently clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Not a lot of people in the area, because it’s after summer and not ski season. We enjoyed that too! There’s Safeway about 12 mins away to get essentials. Great location to see Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake and Tahoe City.”

“We loved our stay, guy who works front at night, friendly and amazingly nice, gave everyone his full attention and assistance. Used the firepits both nights, made smores, met some great people, even had a bear get into our trunk, even though we took all food out as asked! (no damage done) It was really nice having the bar for beer and wine as we didn't have to leave for drinks. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants and the lake is right across the road. Our room was nice and large with great...

“Everything was perfect with the exception of our location. Room was on second floor in the corner with no view. Better to request ground floor or at least a room with a view from which use of the balcony would be more comfortable. The location is great backing up to open forestland and trail to Shirley Canyon. The living room is quite convenient and the grounds were very pleasantt”

“Really cute hotel across the street from Olympic Village!”
