Employees hide. The general bathroom areas are disgusting. Staff is friendly when you can find them. Room was clean. Cabinets and drawers were almost all broken. The air and heating units are loud and do not work.

Not providing HOT WATER to your guests is COMPLETE Nonsense... Room was filthy after having to run water for 1 1/2 hours for it to get hot, room steamed up and the walls began to drip a brown sludge. Went to ventilate by opening a window, but found they had sealed them shut with caulk... Not sure how Fire Code for Stateline NV handles that, but no fresh air??? Really??? Anyway, Hotel Management refused to offer any compensation... Stayed there long before when it was Mount Bleu, but Bally's really has made this hotel a despicable mess... AVOID!!! Harrah's or Harvey's much better...

The only thing I had an issue with was the garage parking was filthy! I literally felt like I was in downtown San Francisco. Sorry to say, but it was really filthy and gross. Garbage all over the place and debris all over the place. It was, of course, the first impression of the hotel. Had it not been for the fact that I’ve stayed in the hotel before… I probably would have went in and asked for a refund and that I didn’t even want to see my room but I’ve stayed at Mont blue several times, so I was hoping I would find the same cleanliness and such when I went into the hotel. And I did! Just get that garage cleaned up please 🙏 😊

No hot water for showers. The front desk’s recommendation was to let the shower run for 20 minutes and it should eventually get warm. It did not! The room was 50 degrees when we arrived and it took 24 hours to get the room up to 65 degrees. I would not recommend this property.

Rooms are nasty, beds and pillow were roach motel quality. Asked for more pillows and they never came. No hot water unless you turn the shower on 45min to an hour before. Drawers and cabinet drawers wouldn’t stay closed. Elevators would start to move before doors closed, don’t get an arm in there. If I could get my money back I would. Skip it if you’re thinking it. Stay at the nugget or Harvey’s.

No maid service, not enough bartenders on casino floor, no bed cover/spread on bed. No microwave in Sienna Suite, no trash can in kitchen, suite needed a deep clean of upholstered sofas, and 32" tv in the suite. No room service, had to go down stairs to order take out, restaurant would not answer the phone.

Definitely short staffed! The valet was trying to also help and be a bell hop. The front desk offered to take up our belongings but the manager didn’t let him. The workers try to be helpful but I waited maybe about 30 minutes before anyone showed up at the valet office. No one in sight. We asked for extra bedding once in the room and it never came. The whole feel of the place has changed since it was Mont bleu. Feels run down a bit. Don’t think I’ll be staying here again. Disappointed!

Heater didn’t work first night room was 55 degrees. Got moved and then no hot water. Went to snow so was hoping to have a nice shower for us and kids. Called multiple times, never sent anyone up like they said they would. Wasn’t a terrible hotel, just never going to go back there again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and never had any issues. Until this time our room had leftover used dental floss from the previous people in the bathroom, leftover hair ties on the floor, even a piece of their clothing was left in our room?? Our room was never cleaned the entire 4 days we stayed. But the worst of all was the hot water was completely out in the entire hotel for a DAY!! The staff was very slow and I had to call the front desk multiple times for towels etc because they weren’t bringing them. We waited an hour before we called back. And this happened two days in a row. (We wouldn’t have needed more towels had they just cleaned our room) Needless to say there are so many better options in the area and we will NOT be back!

I used to really like this hotel when it was still called Mont Bleu a few years back, but this time you can just tell the quality has gone down. The beds weren’t really inviting and looks nothing like the pictures advertised. Each queen bed only came with 2 pillows which is unusual for any hotel to me. I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels and each bed would come with atleast 4 the decorative pillows. Anyways, worst part was the protruding metal hardware on the bed frame which was a huge safety issue for my curious toddler who just wanted to roam around the room. I was worried he would scrape his leg/arms or trip and hit his face on it.

The pool area closed really early, which didn’t allow us to take advantage of the hot tub. The room was very clean and check in was a breeze, albeit the elevators weren’t working when we arrived causing a long wait to get to our room. The property was conveniently located to heavenly village. But the hotel itself being a casino wasn’t really hopping. The other casinos next door had more “life”. The casino also put a 15$ a day parking charge on everyone who checked in even if they didn’t have a car at the casino. Great location but nothing like Ballys in Vegas or Atlantic City. We could hear the elevators in our room 24/7. You can smell the cigarette smoke throughout the casino. Harveys and Harrahs used air fresheners to mask the smell. You have to pay extra to use the facilities in the women’s locker room. Usually these charges are included in the resort fees. There was no hot water on Sunday or Monday. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate us. It’s hard to relocate after unpacking, so we had to endure the sound of the elevator during our entire stay.

Went during the week and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and not over crowded. Elevators were fast and readily available. The gym was outstanding for a hotel gym. Great accommodations for families. Beds were very comfortable and rooms are really nice. Its nice that you can walk around get to where you need to go easily. Convenient parking onsite.
