“시애틀 대학 부근에 위치해있는 주택이지만 호텔에 전혀 부족함이 없는 시설입니다. 장기여행자들에게 도움이 되는 세탁시설도 이용할 수 있고, 주방이 있어서 요리도 가능합니다. 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 잘 관리되고 있어서 편안하게 지냈습니다. self-check in 방식도 편리합니다. 중간에 도움이 필요해서 연락을 하면 아주 빠른 시간 안에 친절하게 회신해줍니다. 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 시애틀에 온다면 다시 이곳에 오고 싶습니다.
다만 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 청소비용을 호텔스닷컴에서 예약시점에 미리 알려줬으면 합니다. 청소비가 40달러가 넘는 점은 예략 여부를 결정하는 데 중요한 요소입니다. 비용도 너무 높다는 생각이 듭니다.”
“This hotel is special to us because of the memorable church conference we attended once from the Finding. Feels luxurious and fun with kids! Comfy big bed and fun elevators to watch! Great location. We wished we didn’t switch rooms tho, initially the view was better up top but no tub… The tub ended up being small. I would still come back, not a deal breaker. The hot tub is amazing! Thank you!”

- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout.
- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor won’t make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
