“The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

“The room Was clean, neat , relaxed stay , easy check-in/check-out . Staff was friendly.”

“Property was as described, clean, staff friendly and helpful.”

“Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

“I like how welcoming the staff was when you walked in. Breakfast bar was excellent and very clean. I did not like that our room toilet did not flush all the time. You would have to flush 2 or 3 times so that the toilet would flush. Our refrigerator was not cold enough but it had a lil chill. I would say just keep 1 or 2 extra toilet tissue in the restroom/shower area. Our restroom ran out of tissue.”

“Property was well maintained, clean and friendly staff. Fridge needs to be defrosted. Does not cool things properly. Had the same issue during our previous stay.”

“Nice bed and furniture”

“The staff was super friendly (including to my dog). The room was very nice. The grounds were wonderful for traveling with a dog. There were sidewalks with woods and a small field. The town was very nice, quiet and safe. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast which was expected. I couldn’t use it with the dog and they can’t stay in a room alone (again-typical and understandably expected).”

“Everything is perfect. The staff, the room always clean the attention 100% The only I charge is the breakfast. Is same the one week I’m stay.”
