“Nice bed and furniture”

“We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!”

“The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

“A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!”

“Property was noisy. Pizza box left in top of cabinet full of dust. Early check in was great and staff was great.”

“시설관리를 깨끗하게 하는 편안하고 좋은 숙소 입니다. 아주 청결했습니다. 가족여행에 아주 좋은 숙소 입니다.”

“Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

“Quality attention to detail, ease with checking in and out. Relaxing atmosphere. Overall best stay ive ever had.”

“Very convenient nice and clean hotel.”

“While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price.”
