"I booked this room specifically because it said it had a pool. So disappointed to go down to the pool in the am to find it closed- a crew working on the slide and no towels in sight. Very disappointing"

"Parking- fine Pool - the smell of chlorine permeated the entire property . Room was not clean ; toilet paper roll empty at check-in and crumbs all over carpet . No water bottles in the room - couldn’t even make coffee. Room has no closet - nowhere to hang clothes."

"To begin with the refrigerator did not work, we had food in it and the light was on but it did not keep food cold. It was lukewarm. The food was thrown out needless to say. The heater did not work . It was somehow set at 65. I was able to set it for 70 but the heat never came on. The phone was dead. There was no sound. The was only one roll of tp in the room. With no extra to be found. The elevator did not work on a consistent basis. We were locked in and another guest figured out how to open it. Last but not least several children were running and screaming up and down the hallway and slamming doors. This went on for hours. Finally I called the desk from my phone and asked for them to check out the situation. They did not finally at 10:45 pm I packed up and headed to the desk to complain and leave. I ended up driving home 2 hours away. ( My son had to leave after the first night to return to work). I had a medical procedure done and was supposed to rest until the next afternoon. The response from the manager was a 10% discount. Never again would I consider staying at any suggested hotels!"

"The room was not clean, the TV wouldn’t work right. The rooms smelled and the area around the hotel was not maintained or cleaned properly . Elevators dirty ice was sticky and messy. This hotel is also very understaffed."

"No hotel parking available. Must either park in the street or a ramp owned by the city if you want to park close to the hotel. "
