"The service was truly excellent. They were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were a little dated, and the bed could use an upgrade, but none of those were not deal breakers. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. And the grounds, while in the late winter, were still beautiful. Id love to come back in the summer when everythinf is in full bloom. "

"The room was modern and looked great but did have a smell in the bathroom and drawers were crooked and looked to be broken in the entry. The hallways on the 19th floor looked dated however the staff were awesome. I left for the day and came back and my room was neat and tidy. The front staff offered me their limo service when I had trouble with my phone/uber. They helped me not be late for my flight. I would recommend this hotel !!"

"It was clean, our room was face to private parking. Old AC, very noisy. Just to sleep and go, don't wait for comfort. Just correct. Calm place and near of many restaurant and shops. Staff : Nothing to say, was carrect."

"The front desk charged me for 6 additional items from their pantry. During my checkout I let the front desk attendant know that we only had 4 items and these extra items must have been added by mistake. Instead of removing these items from my billl he insisted and accused my children of taking them without me or them knowing. After going back and forth in the lobby the front desk attendant then asked my 10 year old to come up to the front and he asked him if he took items from the lobby . My son said no and asked if he was in trouble. I told the attendant that he is terrible at guest service. I was able to speak with the General Manger of the hotel and he finally took the items off of my bill. A sad experience and ending to an otherwise nice stay. "
