It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking. “We stay here often and the staff is always very courteous. The amenities are in line with the price. The state of the property is as expected of it's age. The staff goes out of their way to assure rooms are clean and are always helpful with anything asked of them. If you're looking for luxury this isn't the place but if you need a clean, safe and convenient place to rest for a very fair price it's just right.”

“This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. ”
