“란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯”

“Gorgeous hotel, on arrival we had free glass of wine we also were treated to a bottle of wine and chocolate in our room. We also got an unexpected room upgrade for free which was lovely. The pool area was beautiful. Hotel vibe was really really nice. My only comments would be inside the pool there was some green markings from where the water sits. “The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”

“We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon.
