Nous sommes tombées sur une semaine très pluvieuse (rare il parait), du coupons avons eu froid (les draps et fines couvertures ne sont pas prévues pour une telle météo). Aucun arrangement pour garder nos bagages après 11h (heure de départ obligatoire)

Apartamento muy bonito y cómodo cerca de la playa

Buen apartamento bien equipado cerca de la playa y limpio, pero recomiendo y se hubiera preferido con vistas a la playa con una terraza más grande. Recomendable!!

Un appartamentino(non è un hotel) deludente

Alcuni appartamenti fronte strada e mare (aldilà della strada). Il nostro, a piano terra senza un terrazzino, si apriva direttamente sulla strada. Parcheggio ottimo. Interno spazioso ma un po maleodorante. Attrezzatura sufficiente e funzionante. Pulizia generale buona ma le lenzuola erano macchiate e le federe dei cuscini evidentemente non lavate. Una delle luci del comodino era rotta e comunque scollegata dalla spina e non collegabile perché nella stanza c'era una sola presa elettrica già utilizzata per l'altro comodino. Porta del bagno non accostabile e tanto meno chiudibile. Il bagno non ha un minimo di aereazione ne ovviamente una finestra.

Nice ocean view, but condition far from perfect.

Sadly it wasn't what I have expected. The condition of my apartment (number 4) had a lot to wish for. I experienced an electricity problem when trying to use the oven, which would always end up tripping the circuit. Also the washing machine in the apartment didn't work properly. The condition of electrical outlets was also very poor and I wasn't feeling safe at all when using them. The apartment is next to the ocean and has a great views in the morning and during the day. It's located in a quite village that doesn't offer much in itself, but it's perfect for a couple of days away from the busy resorts while exploring the northern part of the island. I would say the apartment I have been given didn't offer good value for money and maybe other apartments are in a better state. I was also unlucky with one incident when some local kids put a petard in the mailbox of my apartment causing its explosion. Outside of owner's control, but still something I thought I will put in the comment as a heads-up when choosing the accommodation in this area. I would keep looking elsewhere if you have a choice.

Very nice apartment

Excellent service, helpful owner. Towels, bedding etc changed midweek. Sunrise on patio. Excellent local restaurants, beach 10 minute walk and small supermarket close by.

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist einfach toll! Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich für diese Wohnung bei der Urlaubsplanung entschieden. Leider war das aber schon alles, was positiv zu berichten ist. Die Schlafzimmer sind so feucht, dass die Nächte eine Zumutung dargestellt haben. Als Decken gibt es nur dünne Laken und Wolldecken, die den Eindruck vermittelten, lange keine Waschmaschine mehr von Innen gesehen zu haben. Das Duschen wurde zum Erlebnis mit dünnem, lauwarmen Wasserstrahl und schimmeligem Duschvorhang. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine des Appartements müsste ebenfalls dringend vom Schimmel befreit werden. Leider war auch die Sauberkeit alles andere als angenehm, sodass wir das Appartement nach Ankunft selbst noch mal gereinigt haben. Nach vier Nächten haben wir dann kapituliert und sind in ein warmes Hotel umgezogen. Das war die beste Entscheidung ;) Die Vermieterin konnte hierüber leider nur via Facebook informiert werden, da sie nach eigenen Angaben im Urlaub außerhalb von Lanzarote war. Eine Mailadresse würde auch die Kontaktaufnahme im Vorfeld erleichtern...

parfait pour les gens qui fuient les residences xl

si vous aimez voyager hors des usines a touristes c'est parfait !residence dans un vrai village ,il est indispenssable de louer une voiture pour conserver une autonomie quelques bons restaurants autour ARRECIFE a 20 kms une ile pas trop défiguré sauf le sud résidences a touristes a perte de vue (mais c'est aussi là que sont les plus belles plages)PAPAGAYO ect
