Great to stay
Great staff with great hospitality. Room was good. Food was O.K. Convenient shuttle service to Mandalay. Nothing to complain. Better than those casino hotels charging resort fees without offering breakfast.

You will be disappointed
Made two room bookings for family trip and more than 6months ago and checked in almost midnight. When i was walking on the asile one of thr housekeeper popped up in front of me and got into the room i checked in. She was hagging the shower curtain and fill the toilet paper and there was trash in trash box and she asked me if i throw that away which i'm not. It's telling room was not ready till midnight. I've been travelling a lot and been to many hotels though never experience room was not ready like this time, midnight...another thing is the beds didn't clean. I saw wrinkles all over the beds even pillow it looks like someone took a nap or something. Though i was supposed to spend only few hours i can't stand what they're providing. It's late but i tried calling housekeeper on the phone to ask chnging even pillow covers but there was no answer so i also tried calling the reception but coundl't make it. The line was busy. I'm not done yet. So i booked two rooms so the other room smelled like chemical factory so asked thr receptionist to change the room because of the smell but he said rooms were fully booked and some of my family member stuck with this smelly room. Another my room problem is so noisy.............airplane sounds somewhat train or car sounds from the express way and some crazy lunatic yelled at 1:23am. The reason why i booked this hotel was i needed proper sleep from the long drive before taking a flight but this hotel totally ruined my day.

Not enough towels, toilet ran all night and kept no flushing. Airplane noise and hallway noise was terrible. Breakfast ran out of food, they need more employees to help with the breakfast, the sweet worker girl couldn’t keep up by herself,

Most of the things are fine at the hotel. However, it was too close to the airport and it was noisy in the early morning.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 6! The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and breakfast was great! We had no complaints! We ended up needing to call the front desk to ask for a toilet plunger and I thought they would just drop one off. However, a staff member came and took care of the clog in our toilet AND even wiped everything down even though it wasn’t necessary. I was very impressed by this and the staff member was so kind! We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, and location was great. Only complaint is the noise from being so close to the airport. You can hear the planes take off at night.

Clean, staff is friendly. AC is good. Breakfast is great. The only minor thing is that the air port is close by and the noise could be a issue for somebody while it's not a big issue for us. That's why I only give 4 stars for "Area around the property" while leave 5 stars for everything else.

Breakfast was good but if we could have more pancakes, it would be so much better! Ladies at front desk are very nice! Our room was very clean and organized. I loved the big sized shampoo, conditioner and body soap bottles!

Our overall experience during our stay at Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas - Stadium Area was poor. Upon arrival, the check-in process was not the best. The room was not ready even though we arrived after the expected time. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar; the soap and shampoo bottles were almost empty and only lasted for one day. The bathroom sink was clogged, making it difficult to use. When we called for additional pillows and blankets, the front desk informed us that they had run out of them. The door handle was difficult to operate, and the WiFi signal was poor and hard to connect to.

明方チェックアウトで朝食が食べられなかった。ホットコーヒーは24時間あると言われたが、すっかり冷えていて、出発前に期待していたホットコーヒーが飲めなかった。ポットに残っていても、定期的に交換してもらいたい。

Having stayed on the strip many times we found the Hoiday Inn was a fantastic location to leave the hustle and bustle behind. It’s super close to the strip and Allegiant Stadium and nice and quiet in the evening. The staff are so friendly and accommodating! They went above and beyond for us.

Perfect place to stay for anyone going to an event at the Allegiant Stadium! The hotel is across the street from it and also next to an In and Out Burger if you’re hungry before and after any event. The staff were super friendly! Room was clean with nice amenities. The breakfast was just right. Very close to the airport too.

This property was undergoing some renovations, so it was dirty and noisy at times. The area is very close to the new Allegiant Stadium, but there are a lot of homeless that wander around the area giving it an unsafe feel outside of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms provided adequate comfort for a brief stay at a decent price. Once the renovations are complete, this might be an okay choice for future travel, but something has got to be done about the safety/security outside of the hotel.

Our room wasn't cleaned before we came. Hair in the bathtub,hair in the bathroom floor. The only thing good was the bed. Since the sheets are white,they looked clean. I would not recommend this place.

Fine properly in questionable area of town. Breakfast without no cinnamon rolls that HI is famous for was a huge disappointment but liked the seasoning on the potatoes. Housekeeping didn’t fill the soap in the shower which was a real bummer.

They over charged me 250$ without my permission for cleaning fee and when i called them they told me that we were smoking in a room which we don’t and then i told that lady that we didn’t smoking then she don’t have any answer and she keep on telling me that to call back in morning I always use holiday inn for my stays but this time they disappoint me so much
