The whole experience was horrible. Its dirty period. Also we asked for a king bed and they said they gave it away. So we said the queen was ok but the whole room was NOT what was on the pictures. This was one of the worst stays ever how can they lie and usr the new OYO pictures.

I checked in to the motel and immediately checked out. The room was not what I was expecting. There were weird people outside making noises. What I did not like about the room was that I was expecting what I saw on pictures before I booked the room and once I saw the room I was horribly uncomfortable and disappointed. The room walls were stained and dirty. The air conditioner was not working properly. The bed frame had a booger on it. The towels were placed out on a dirty table rather than in the bathroom. The carpet floors were not vacuumed. The bathroom door was hard to close and open. Overall not a recommended place. The area in which the motel was located was fantastic because it is close to the Las Vegas strip! But if they cleaned the room properly I would have stayed there. The service was average he had some trouble understanding me but overall knew I was unsatisfied with my experience. Hopefully I get my refund back like he said I would. Hope this helps others!

This was nothing like the pictures . A/C was broken and you need a $40 fee for 2 remotes that I did not use. Smelled moldy , stains on floor , shower was disgusting with dirt and hair on walls , toilet was dirty all around as well as bathroom floor . I did not feel safe . I took one look and checked out immediately.

Estaba muy sucio el baño, había una gotera que caia sobre el sofá, olia feo, el cuarto que publican (blanco e iluminado) no se parece nada al que me dieron que tenía animales de selva pintados en las paredes. También la cama estaba muy incómoda y la llave de la regadera se caía. Considero estaba a un precio alto para lo que ofrece.

Room was disgusting and filthy, it was not cleaned. Dirt on the walls and in the bath tubs. In the morning I asked for late check out and one of the men said 11:30am no charge, then a different man knocked on my door at 10:50am saying we need to check out now. I told him what the first man said he disagreed with me and demanded I leave now. Not worth the 120$ I paid for it. Do not stay at the OYO motel.

This property should be removed from Expedia's listing. The room and property were nothing like pictured. I didn't even stay the night. The neighborhood was super sketchy and the room door (barely) locked. I was so disgusted. Found another place to stay.

This is a very old motel and very dated. The tv didn't work, but either did anything else. The bed had no blanket. The property is in a major state of disrepair. It has no amenities....i mean none, unless you are talking the 2 Marijuana shops across the street. It is, however, remarkably safe inside the enclosed (trashed out) compound. I literally parked my pickup 3 feet from the door. As i was just traveling thru Vegas, i has no desire to walk a mile like you do at the casinos frim vehicle to room.

Very poor hotel
The rooms do not look like the photos advertised. Broken bed, stains on the carpet, holes in carpet, dirt and grime everywhere, bare wires hanging out of appliances and freezing cold (painted breezeblock bricks for walls). Heater did not work as the wiring was cut. Had to sleep with clothes on. There was a hole in the wall that you could see to the outside. There were a group of homeless drug addicts directly behind our room making fires and the smoke/smell was coming into the room through the hole, smelt like they were burning plastic. Owner 'forgot' to return our deposit when we returned keys. Hotel in a bad area. Furthermore, paid well over the odds for this property as it was for New Year.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it at all. The place seems to be under construction but I didn’t see anyone working there. There was trash everywhere. Would never come back nor would recommend it to anyone!!

Front desk took $20 from me for a key deposit and I never got that back the place was absolutely filthy inside and throughout the property I would prefer to have my money back on this transaction and will never come back

It is positioned near two low cost chain diners, IHOP and Dennys, as well as a couple of local eateries, though I did not try them during my thankfully short stay. That is the only good thing I can say about the property. The property itself should be condemned. It was like staying in a third world country, but still paying American prices. I don't mind staying at low budget inns, but this was amazing worse than I ever would have expected. If it is not, it should be criminal to not only bait and switch with the pictures depicting the property on Expedia, but to allow them to operate in such a deplorable condition. All the bad reviews (I should have read ahead of time) only scratch the surface of how bad this place is. I am very disappointed in Expedia for continuing to offer it after so many horrendous reviews.

I checked in and checked out right away. Walking up to the room, I noticed there were holes I the door and the door knob was extremely loose on the door, not safe. It was hard to open the door, once I finally opened the door and got in the room, the door didn’t lock the dead bolt hole wasn’t lined up correctly and the entire door was damaged. Honestly, might as well replace the door.The interior of the room was awful. The carpet was black and you could still see stains and shoe prints, the lights flickering, the walls looked neat up, the bathroom was gross (toilet and shower), the shower curtain was broken and again the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Book at your own risk.

Absolutely terrible place to stay. Staff does not speak English, they communicate via Google translate; very shady practices around credit card processing and paperwork, took me a lot of fighting to get a copy of my charges. The hotel area is a disaster war zone with rats running at night; and the room is so unclean that I had to lay towels on the floor to walk and slept in a sleeping bag that I luckily had in my car. Broken door locks, non-working lights - in reality its nothing like you see on nice site photoes. This place should be sanitized and re-built from ground up - an apocalyptic war zone in the middle of a civilized block.

The price wasn’t that much cheaper than staying in the casinos at the old Las Vegas but the quality was significantly worse. Was it the lack of “regular” tourists or the present of face tatted neighbor or the drug user who was howling at the street all night that made our stay feel unsafe, probably. The sheets and towels were clean. The floors, walls and overall appearance was untidy. If it’s just two women traveling, might be worth it to look for another spot. I do give thanks for the friendly staff for being kind.

Worst hotel in all of Las Vegas
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years. This hotel was terrible the door of my hotel room barely could lock. I had to play with it for a while to get it a lock. When I flushed the toilet, the tank, never filled with water, causing the water to run and make noise all night. The room was in horrible condition. I had a hole in my ceiling in my room. I still try to make the best and took a short nap on my bed. When I woke out from my short nap, there was a bug crawling on the sheet. I couldn’t take anymore of this hotel, so I just ended up sleeping in the car for a couple hours. After I woke up from my nap in the car, I checked out and moved on.

Worst Room In Recent Memory
Worst hotel or motel I've stayed in since the 70s. Furnished like a prison, nothing on the walls. A/C didn't work right. Toilet broken, shower didn't work at all. The floor had some kind of pad from an outside cabana. Two small bars of soap, no shampoo. The curtains on the window barely hung. The TV was a relic from 20 years ago. If they don't refund me in full we're headed to court for fraud.

My recent stay at this motel was nothing short of a complete disaster. From the moment I stepped into the room, it was evident that this place should never be open to the public. I cannot stress enough how terrible this experience was, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid this establishment. First and foremost, the air conditioning system was non-functional and barely emitted any cool air, despite being in the midst of sweltering weather. The heat inside the room was suffocating, and the unbearable conditions made it impossible to get any rest or sleep. The management and staff were incredibly unprofessional and utterly unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving any of the issues and were dismissive of my concerns. When I brought up the air conditioning problem, they merely shrugged it off and offered no solution. Their lack of courtesy and disregard for the guests' comfort was shocking. His name was Mike.. Highly unprofessional staff! To make matters worse, the lack of adequate staff on duty was evident throughout my stay. The motel was understaffed, and it showed in the poor service and overall disorganization. The environment was downright unsafe. Dimly lit hallways, broken security locks on doors, and a general feeling of insecurity added to the unpleasantness of the stay. I did not feel safe leaving my room. As for the cleanliness, it was appalling. The bathrooms were filthy, and the rooms were infested with roaches and bugs. Expedia should be ashamed!
