Die Gegend drumherum wirkt ein wenig heruntergekommen. Den Stadtstrand von Ierapetra erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten, Tavernen und Bars an der Strandpromenade sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. “Lovely welcome from Emmanouil who couldn’t have been more helpful. We got upgraded which was nice and had a big apartment. Incredible value for money. We loved Plaka. Lots of nice restaurants and bars and not forgetting the one attached to the accomodation which was perfect for our lunch. ”

“The first point is the steep slope upto the properties from the road, we had read some of the other reviews and it isnt at all bad, as long as you are in first gear its a breeze!! Another negative thing we read was the steps down to the road, if you are on foot, these were not as bad as other reviews say!! Yes they are slightly uneven but not a problem to get up and down them. “Great apartment and great balcony. One thing I would mention is that the shampoo and shower gel was in two glass jugs. I think this is very dangerous because if they slipped out of my hand on to the tiles floor there would be glass all around my bare feet- bit silly really. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as I was arriving late but only a minor point. Will stay again for sure. ”

“Loved the balcony spacious area with seating. The room was very clean, staff excellent. Very centrally located. Tiniest shower/bathroom ever, but it worked out for the price. There was a very adequate kitchen to fix meals. Awesome simple place that was affordable.”
