“We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable Room was wide and clean Breakfast was also good Staff was friendly I hope we will stay again”

“It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain....

“Fijne plek voor een korte vakantie. Gastvrouw zorgt goed voor haar gasten en je voelt je direct thuis. Alle kamers bieden uitzicht zee. Ligt wel aan weg waar soms (te) hard wordt gereden. Afstand naar Mirtos dorp is niet al te groot, maar een auto is aan te raden.”

“Nous avons été très déçus car le logement est très reculé de tout. Sans compter le fait que l’hôtel ne propose absolument pas d’excursions ou de propositions d’excursions. Par ailleurs, le logement n’était pas du tout propre, le petit déjeuner pas du tout à notre goût, la piscine pas nettoyé donc personne ne s’y baignait. Bref un séjour très décevant pour notre part.”

“유럽 안에 여행했던 나라, 리조트 중에 가장 만족한 올인크루시브였습니다. 음식도 맛있고 질도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 체크인할때 풀페이안하고 호텔에서 계산하는 경우 반드시 현찰을 가지고 가시기 바랍니다. 다른곳에서는 문제없이 썼던 카드가 체크인 할때만 되지않아 30분넘게 씨름하다가 가지고 있는 현금 다 털어서 냈습니다. 이후 다시 현금 뽑느라 서비스비만 많이 냈습니다. ”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset...

“The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception.”

“Overall the Mitsis Laguna is an excellent resort. It's well maintained and the staff are extremely polite and helpful making the overall experience excellent. The only point to make was the sound proofing in the bungalow that we had near the 2nd pool. We could hear the people both above and in adjoining room quite clearly and the early morning cleaning outside woke us up most mornings.”

“Fantastic Property . Staff are so helpful. Staff at the bar were super nice . I would have liked a few more options at the breakfast menu . Most of the items are there every day and bit more variety would have been better . But overall it’s a five star experience .”
