"Generally very nice hotel, some areas I think need to be modernised, the safe in the room did not work even though I mentioned it to Reception twice. Sun beds were generally always available, which was a good thing and the slides in the waterpark were excellent for children. Food was excellent in each restaurant we went to."

"Overall very nice and clean , friendly staff and i would recommend this place. The only down side was the poor Wifi connection kept going in and out so if you need work done using your computer ,it will mess you up . NO AC in closed common public spaces like lobby hallways and etc."

"Amazing property! I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. From the moment I stepped onto the grounds, every staff member was welcoming, personable, and eager to help. My room was incredible, featuring a private pool, steam room, a 360° TV that doubles as a mirror, and excellent Bluetooth speakers. The amenities throughout the property were equally impressive, including the well-equipped gym, fantastic restaurant, and beautiful pool with floating lounge chairs. This is truly a state-of-the-art property with exceptional service. Its location is another major plus—just six minutes from Heraklion Airport, making it incredibly convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I had a pleasant stay. My room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. It was a great location on the strip, close to everything. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. My only complaint is that when you pay for half board it doesn't include any drinks or beverages. You have to pay for them. That wasn't made clear in the reservation. I was able to get the 20% off food and beverages expedia discount, but only at the a la carte restaurants. When I requested an iron and ironing board, I was only given an iron, because apparently the ironing boards were only available in the next category up room and they were all occupied. That was very inconvenient. My room keys kept giving issues and the phone in my room wasn't working, so I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, which got tiring after a while. The main bedroom light above my bed stopped working on day 2. The bathroom gets soaked when you shower, because there is nothing to prevent the water from splashing everywhere. There were a few of those damp/drain moth flies in the shower. Upon arrival the parking lot was full, so I had to park in a public parking area nearby. The provided parking lot at the hotel is quite small. It can only hold about 10 cars. The food was delicious. Shout out to Nikos, Malamo, Karina and Vasilis for being so courteous and helpful during my stay. They gave me great recommendations as well."
