“I was surprised that my room was semi-basement. The noise comes through the door and the workers keep talk loudly whole night. Even for 2 days, the internet had out of service so couldn't use wifi. I couldn't open the window and the a/c doesn't works.”

“Good jawn”

“The air conditioning wasn’t cooling well, and someone parked their car right in the middle of the parking lot exit, blocking me in; also, some customers take up two parking spaces with a single vehicle.”

“At first, the room was prepared for someone else, room service drink did not come as ordered, the cafe had terrible wait on the food(both breakfast and lunch), and no apologies from the staff. The individual components are good but the service connection needs major improvements.”
