"The problem was trying to find the door code to get in. We did not know, we have to go to another place to check in to get the door code. Needs to be more clear. The only reason, we found the check in place, was one the cleaning staff, showed us where to go. If all 3 hotels are connected to one place for check in, please make it clearer on the email instructions. We were not the only ones, there was another couple with the same issue. Could not find the code to get in the hotel. We had an issue at the parking lot for Relais St Michel, he said we needed a code. We did not have one to park. In the end, the attendant let us in, but we had to pay on the way out. Again, I checked the email, but there was not code to get into the parking for the night. Breakfast was good. Hearty. And of course, St Michel. fantastic"
