"Einfaches Zimmer, ohne viel Komfort, dafür preislich super und Nähe zum Bahnhof perfekt. Da wir dort nur geschlafen haben, war es total ok. Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Man sollte darauf eingestellt sein, aus dem Koffer zu leben, da es keinen Schrank gibt. In unserem Doppelzimmer war nur eine Garderobenstange und eine kleine Ablagefläche."

"Positive: Good value for your money. Family rooms available, where you can fit up to 4 adults + a toddler easily. Basic breakfast included. Negative: We arrived at 5 p.m. (checkin is from 4 p.m.) but our room was not ready. We had to wait 30 mins until we got the keys. Room was clean, but there was mold in the shower between the tiles and on the ceiling. "

"Our deaf Uber driver got assaulted by a staff member after Uber driver didn’t hear him having a go due to being deaf… totally unacceptable. He beeped, then as the Uber was helping us get the suitcases into the car the staff member started shouting again the driver was deaf and he was French so we didn’t know he was shouting at us, then as the Uber driver tried to get back into car, the staff member grabbed the guy and another staff member had to run out of the hotel to pull him off the driver....
