โBeautiful and relaxing. The grounds are exceptional and on a perfect location to access many points of interest. My room was very peaceful and temperature control was a plus on a very hot weekend. Very clean!! Delicious breakfast!! Very tasty coffee. Extremely helpful staff. โ
โThis is a nice motel, comfortable rooms, nothing fancy. Great location convenient to everything in the Berkshires, not far from the highway. The pool is a big PLUS!! Management is friendly and helpful.โ
โWe returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. โ
โRead reviews about checking in & was worried. I had no problem. Called the phone # - lady answered right away. Walked me through the payment & key card process & I was done & in my room in 5 minutes. She gave us a different room & it was clean & looked like all new bathroom and curtains. We'll definitely stay here againโ
โLoved the property, room was clean and had everything you needed!! We had an upgrade that was wonderful!! Only downfall was the outside little deck! No privacy all out In the open, side by side and facing the other units with a walkway in front of it!! Was looking forward to sitting out side but ended up not using it at all.

โThe Berkshire Mountain Lodge is amazing! The layout of the hotel is designed to be walkable woth elevators conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. The condo room is spectacular ๐. I enjoyed the convenience of a full kitchen and dining area, Great for entertaining. The room decor is relaxing and refreshing. The large flat-screen TV in the living area made watching movies enjoyable. The separate bedroom with king size bed was so comfortable. I loved the Olympic soze swimming...
โSuch a lovely stay at the Gateway in Lenox. Easy check in, room was well appointed, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great location within Lenox - walkable to lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Looking forward to our next stay. โ
