I had a soar throat and took advantage all day night of the free hot beverages station with honey. The churro waffles were fantastic. Thank you so much to Mel who works nughts she was so sweet, amazing and helpful. I had many interactions with her and she fantastic every time. Suzette I met this morning and she was also great too. I will continue to stay here any time I come to Reno. Thank you all even the housekeepers and maintenance people and everyone else behind the scenes too. I hope you have a happy holidays. "
