โQuick service at the front desk was made for convience. Swimming pool and workout facility were excellent to make stay comfortable. Large parking lot was very attractive and good location to Spark area was good, too. I will consider to visit Nugget in the near future.โ
โThe evening front office staff (Al) was extremely helpful in getting us settled in our room even though we had a very late check in (around 12:30 AM). He waited for us even though the front desk officially closes at midnight.
The room was well lit and very clean. The amenities provided were more like a higher star rated hotel.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for us.โ
โWe didnโt like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel weโve ever stayed...
โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ
"The hotel condition was overall satisfactory. However, we paid a deposit of US 100.00 when we checked in to the hotel, but when we checked out, we found that it was not returned. Please confirm when the US 100.00 deposit will be returned."
