Not good enough

A small bungalow resort that looks promising, but what a dissapointment it was. The pool seemed closed as it was full of dead bugs and no water circulation - it got opened when they saw us laying on the sunloungers. We booked with breakfast incl., but on the first morning we needed to discuss about it for 15 min, as they didn’t accept it, even though we showed them our booking confirmation. The bungalow itself is standard - it has good aircondition but awful wifi and limited hot water for showering. On the plusside, the location is fine if you have a motorbike and the hotel area is green and adds a tropical vibe to your stay.

Hyggelig oase

Her er simpelthen så hyggeligt, rent og komfortabelt. Personale taler dog ikke så godt engelsk. Stedet virker nyt og lækkert men ligger en smule for sig selv - her er dog ikke længere til stranden end at du kan gå derned på ca. 10 min.

The staff were fabulous at this property. Rooms were clean and it was a great base to visit sites around the Island. In room tea and coffee facilities would be great, and access to free fresh water, otherwise it was unreal.

Our room was clean. However it stated on our reservation we have a kettle and tea, coffee and water each day. This didn’t happen. We asked at the very least could we have a kettle and still didn’t get one. The rooms also have no fridge. Staff don’t speak English so if you have a problem you have to ring the boss.

Oasis

Set back from the town but a quick walk, this is a little oasis, surrounded by trees and with lots of vegetation (great dawn chorus). Good little pool, adequate breakfasts, comfortable rooms and big bathrooms. Very helpful staff.

Nice place. Its a bit far from the main roads, but easily manageable with a motorbike. The pool is nice and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Mi experiencia en este hotel no fue muy buena. Hotel algo alejado de la playa y el entorno del hotel está muy poco cuidado. De las dos noches que estuvimos, nunca había recepcionista y del personal, solamente una persona era la que daba buena atención. Preguntamos a otra trabajadora por el alquiler de bicicletas y reserva de excursiones que supuestamente ofrecen, y básicamente te dicen que te busques la vida fuera del hotel. Ni que decir tiene, la ausencia de limpieza del baño que tienen público. Lo único bueno era la cama grande y limpia. Las cabañas de madera eran grandes aunque no olían muy bien.

We were a little disappointed with our stay here. We booked a double room but we were shown to a twin room (even though they had a double room available!). The WiFi was poor and there were no TV channels set up. We booked a snorkeling trip through the hotel but there was no-one to pick us up when the trip had finished so we had to walk back to the hotel.

Hôtel assez proche des restaurants. Très agréable et calme. Très propre. Responsable donnant de bonnes idées de visites et des sites clé. Il est préférable de louer un scooter pour les déplacements et aller sur les plages les plus sympa. L’hotel en fourni des bons et à un prix très concurrentiel. Île agréable à découvrir en 3 jours

Très beau séjour

Très bel endroit, situé tout près dune petite parcelle de plage où il est possible de se baigner. Une promenade longe la falaise afin d'avoir accès aux restaurants ainsi qu'à la baie de songlambung. Petit déjeuner convenable, sans plus. Les bungalows sont toutefois très coquet et le personnel accueillant et disponible pour toutes sortes d'activités sur l'île et dans les environs.

Quiet place, tucked away, great pool

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast great, got scooter for 70,000 per day incl petrol, got laundry done ✅ A little off the beaten track but an easy walk to the main beach, our favourite evening spot was the restaurants and bars on the southern end of the beach which only takes 10mins to walk to. Room was very comfortable and awesome value

Ja gillade verkligen detta stället! Dem bytte inte handdukarna varje dag! Men personalen var väldigt trevlig och boendet var riktigt bra. Det enda som skulle vara att klaga på. Skulle väl i så fall vara att när jag skulle testa restaurangen sista dagen, det var jag och 2 till som skulle ha mat! Jag beställde in en vanlig Nasi Goreng (Fried rice). Men fick vänta över en timme på att få den serverad.

En mysigt , enkelt litet bungolowkomplex lite utanför strand och restauranger. Personalen var inte så duktiga på engelska. Ägaren var dock väldigt duktig. Enkel och tråkig frukost. Torr frukt och sumpigt kaffe. Fin pool och mysig enkel bungalow. Vaknar till galande tuppar på morgonen .

Amazing Value in Lembognan

Great stay overall! A bit of a language barrier at times but we’re in their country so no complaints and everything worked out smoothly. Just have some patience. The staff is so friendly and attentive to any needs. Also the food is delicious, homemade, and at a great price. Highly recommend the curry. Breakfast included is an assortment of fruit, eggs or pancakes, and coffee. Coffee is instant but everything else is great. About a 10-15 min walk into the center of town but they will organize scooter rentals for a 70,000 rupiah which is very reasonable for the island. Some reviews complain about the slow wi-fi but that’s an island problem not the hotel’s. You simply can’t find fast wifi anywhere on Lembognan. Rooms were comfy and clean. Bathroom is nothing special but was cleaned daily and the shower pressure was great Would definitely stay again! If you’re an animal rights activist and hate to see some birds in cages you won’t like this place. However, there are only a few, they’re small birds and they looked happy to me. Loved the ambiance of the grounds overall.
