I booked from my phone while traveling on Expedia and received a text confirmation.
My 3 children (13, 8 and a newborn) and I (a woman) showed up at 1am exhausted & ready to sleep. The parking lot was clean and only had 2-3 cars. No one was at the front desk & the lobby was locked. I rang the bells on both doors, patiently, at first. Then I called the phone number on the handwritten sign for customer service 3 times. I even resorted to honking my car horn. No one ever answered. The should have received my confirmation hours earlier from Expedia.
I had to find a place for my family to sleep, so I had to drive further and spend more money (since I had already paid thru Expedia) to get some sleep. Sleeping in their parking lot was not much of an option.
Never again will I waste my time in Lennox, GA. Experiences like this are why people don't want to stay at the smaller independently owned businesses.
And there's stinky animal feces under the A/C unit by one of the lobby doors.
