Room comfortable but lack of places to put things. Form over function. Basin could not hold water! No mirror in dressing table area so hairdryer not close to socket. All easily solved. It seemed designed beautifully by someone who had never slept in the room. But. Did not detract. A lovely hotel”

“Fantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasn’t explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!”
“I had a wonderful time here, the staff were tremendous and the hotel was so beautiful.
I would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Bordeaux to go to this hotel!

“Very clean hotel with nice, friendly staff, nice big rooms with comfy beds and a good breakfast. It's a motorway hotel but the rooms are well sound-proofed and the parking is safe, secure and well-lit.”
“도착이 밤 11시가 넘어서 급하게 부랴부랴 택시타고 해당 호텔로 갔는데 직원이 예약내역이 없다고 하여 제 계정으로 로그인하여 예약내역 확인하니 입금내역이 없다고 하여 일단 어쩔수없이 결제하고 잠을 잤는데 다행이도 다음날 주인분이 예약 및 입금확인까지 하게 되어 결제취소는 하게 되었는데 해당 기억때문에 다른 별다른 기억은 없이 그냥 그랬던거 같습니다.”

"good location, relatively new property but could be better maintained includinng lobby, hallway, parking lot. Things were falling apart and the property could be outdated quicker than supposed to be."
