"Our hosts were amazing. Anything we needed they provided, even dental floss. Very unique setting and perfect location to attend a wedding at the Chateau. Just a level 8 minute walk. We would definitely return to stay again."

Two good restaurants in the village of Assignan including a great breakfast.. many others within a short driving distance. The cave is an architectural gem with a thoughtful caring winemaker at the helm. Delicious!"

"What a gem of a find, we stayed for one night whilst travelling from England to Spain. We was warmly greeted on arrival and went straight into the pool after a very long day. The host then prepared a fantastic 3 course home cooked meal with wine. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfy, with a wonderful views over the vineyards. In the morning a lovely prepared breakfast outside and the friendly hosts couldn’t be more accommodating. We will 100% be returning each year as we travel to Spain, thank...

"Our experience at Demeure Flore was exceptional and one of a kind. Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. Epicerie/bar symphatique Village Olonzac et son marché le mardi matin - artisanal - très agréable - A pieds à travers les vignes depuis la résidence (environ 7km A/R) Ballade autour de la résidence au milieu des oliviers, lacs et le long du Canal du Midi - Magnifique Belles ballades à vélo possible également Séjour de 5 jours...pas assez long car région très riche de choses à faire/voir. J'y retournerai pour...
