Our Property Management System had a maintenance update and due to this was not transferring any reservations from any of the websites that can reserve our hotel. I will definitely have a conversation with our staff to make the check in smoother.

We have updated our exterior lighting, added security cameras, all guest floors require secured access for guests only, and we continue to work with a local security provider for patrols in the the evening. A city the size of Lethbridge does have challenges with vagrancy. Our team always does it's best to approach all interactions with respect and kindness. Our hotel teams work locally with organizations and charities to do our best to make a positive impact on those around us.
