“Could use music to create some ambiance. Otherwise it was as expected. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom bright and clean. My hallway door had a large gap under it which concerned me but the building felt safe. Solo travel this stay so safety was a concern. Creepy customer at the desk made sexual comments to me so I lingered a while during check in until he left. The manager was either oblivious or didn't care.”

“Check in was a breeze. Close and ample parking. Nice sized room with very comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. A/C worked great. Lots of counterspace. Large bathroom. We especially enjoyed the small, extra touches provided: a local city postcard with pen; regular and decaf tea bags included with the usual regular and decaf coffee bags and plenty of supplies for making (napkins, sugar, creamer, stirrers, etc.); and complimentary cookies, coffee and iced lemon water station in lobby. “The hotel is fairly priced, breakfast buffet was really good. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and nice and the exterior seemed secure requiring you to scan your key card to get access to the building during the night hours. 9 minutes from PNC Music Pavilion. Will be back.”
