โThe rooms at the Rainbow Lodge are undergoing a significant upgrade. As we arrived, they were just re-hanging the door to our bathroom. Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. Our room was freshly painted, with new linen on the bed and blackout curtains on the windows. It also looked like we had a new microwave and minifridge. โThis is a nice RV park with some tiny homes for rent there. It is a very short walk across fro highway 20 to a small private beach that we swam and paddled on.
The lake and location are right off highway 20, so you do hear road noice. Not so much in the homes but on the lake. โ
