"I have been traveling to Columbia for the better part of 30 years for work, school, football games, etc., and this hotel is the absolute best value for the money. It's clean, updated, has a great breakfast, and is located conveniently off the interstate. We stay here every time we come to Columbia."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was a little early for check in after a long early flight the Missouri. I was not able to check in early so was directed to the restaurant where everyone was friendly. Once I was done eating, I went back to the check in and my room still was not ready. I was desperate for sleep and asked if there were any other rooms available. I was told I booked on Expedia and they could not change my room. I actually booked a room with the balcony/ patio so I was surprised I could not switch to anything else. I ended up waiting in the lobby and exactly at 3:00 I was called over because my room was Ready. I walked to the desk and the Same person that called me up decided to check in someone else. I could have just stayed dozing Off on the couch I finally get to my room and it is clean. The balcony/ patio view is of air conditioners on the lower roof and the side of a building. Nothing special but I wanted to use the space for coffee in the morning. The bathroom did have some water stains on the ceiling and the shower is a HUGE step up over the bath to get it. The air conditioner was extremely loud at night. I ended up turning it off the second night (in the middle of a heat wave) because I was there to take the bar exam and I needed sleep. It sounded like I was in the engine of a plane when it cycled off and I found myself jumping up each time. It is a cute hotel. Good location for restaurants. The air conditioner was my only major complaint."

"Things were good. We were in a handicap room which was ok, but the tub floor was very slick.Could use some non slick pads. The pool area was nice, except there were 20 or so adults sitting outside drinking not paying any attetion to ther kids. 15 to 20 kids were running and jumping in the pool and hottub and sliding around on the floor, and screaming. My husband and I just wanted to relax awhile in the hottub but could not handle the noise and unruelly kids. The kids were running in and outside bringing in all kinds of dirt and debri in to the pools. We did report it to the staff at front desk,but didn't seem to help. They did address situation, but did not keep an eye on things. We went down an hour later there was no change in the pool. Kim Daniels"

"The buildings are older but my room was extremely clean. Staff were very nice, other than I had to wait about 20 minutes to get checked in. I would stay there again. The only amenity in my room was soap."
