“The front door didn’t seal when closed. You could see gaps almost all the way around the door. The lock on the door was falling off. The toilet didn’t flush even if you just peed you had to plung it every time. The water in the shower was barely Luke warm. Bed was sooooo squeaky and loud!”

“The staff is very helpful and friendly more like family than staff. Even my dogs don't want to leave. We were leaving when one of the dogs got out and ran to the door and sat down wanting to go back to the room. Highly recommend”

“Todo súper bien, el desayuno muy típico americano, huevos, alguna fruta, panes, waffles, café muy normal y bien para el precio. La chica que nos recibió en la noche muy amable.”

“Lighting in room was super dark and dim. Fridge froze all my drinks/food.”

“Thank you”

“Friendly staff”

“Beautiful lodge. Staff were wonderful. Service in restaurant was great but food was average.”

“Rooms were very clean and The staff were very nice.,The bar and grill was extremely lovely.”

“Room smelled off but no bugs and atleast vacuumed. Staff was talking to friend outside upon arrival. Took time to come in and check us in. Was friendly but did not see any staff after that. Pool water was freezing cold and so overly clorinated the fumes hurt our eyes and caused a rash on another customer. Breakfast was not at all as expected. No eggs, bacon or sausage, no cream cheese for bagels, no coffee creamer. The taste of the biscuits and gravy was awful as well as the apple juice.”
