The apartment was nice, but I arrived there and noone sent me the self entrance instructions, I had to call one number 2 times. Indide the main door was full of smelly trush. In the apartment you cannot use the TV because not connected in internet and no remote control for the cable tv. Bathroom light was broken no window so it was really dark. Bad experience, I was not lucky.

No hot water

There was NO hot water. It is apparently a common problem there. We called after business hours to alert them and were told that no one could reset the hot water tank until after 9 AM. The shower had detached tiles at the base. There was broken glass frame on the balcony along with a large broken animal carrier. The mirror in the elevator up was shattered. There were crumbs in a kitchen drawer and food stuck to the walls of the refrigerator. There were ants in the kitchen cabinet. The entire apartment smellled like mold. I have requested a refund for our stay. I would not return.

This establishment deserves no review, only -0

This establishment is a real trash, I do not advise anyone to set foot there. My children and I went through a real ordeal for just a few hours... I had paid for three nights for me and my children, unfortunately we had to leave the same day in the middle of the night to go to another hotel. Because our bodies were covered in bedbugs, there were bedbugs everywhere in this establishment and this place smelled very bad and there were bedbugs in the rooms, on all the beds. When we returned home, we went straight to the doctor because our bodies were so irritated by the bedbug bites. The apartment was very dirty, the microwave cable was cut, there was graffiti on the walls, it looked like it was an establishment for tramps and drug addicts. In my entire life, I have never been to an establishment like this. They suck at communication. I spent hours calling them, unfortunately to no avail. I paid for nothing. Instead of being satisfied, we returned home feeling very ill. In the photo it looks pretty, unfortunately it is not. Since the month of April that we have been in this establishment, unfortunately the visible stains of its bites from the bedbugs which are still there in the month of July on our bodies to remind us of all these moments of nightmares that we experienced in this pigsty. And we have not received any refund from them. That’s a shame!

Dringend vor einer Buchung lesen

Es ging bereits im Treppenhaus los: Es übernachten dort obdachlose und drogenkonsumierte Menschen. Das Treppenhaus wird als Toilette genutzt. Er roch nach Urin und Kot. In der Nähe der Wohnungstür war ein großer Haufen Exkremente, deren Geruch bis in die Wohnung zog. In der Wohnung waren die Betten nur teilweise bezogen. Hand- + Badetücher waren nicht vorhanden. Wir hätten sie auch kaum nutzten können, da es nur kaltes Wasser gab, die Dusche nicht ablief und das Duschwasser ins Badezimmer floss sowie aus den Wasserhähne im Bad nur Rinnsale flossen. Heizung, Fernsehen, Wifi funktionierten nicht, Licht nur teilweise. Es wirkte so, als hätten die im Treppenhaus lebenden Menschen nicht nur den Zugangscode zur Haustüre, sondern auch zur Wohnung. Es wirkte alles benutzt. Am Esstisch sitzend kam wegen des Kot-Geruches kein Appetit auf. Wir informierten umgehend den Vermieter Smartflats. Als bis zum nächsten morgen nicht geschah reisten wir fluchtartig ab, nachdem wir Smartflats darüber informiert hatten. Mein Sohn hatte am Morgen der Abreise einen Hautausschlag. Wieder zuhause wurde Krätze (Skabies) vom Arzt diagnostiziert. Er muss nun medikamentös behandelt und isoliert werden. Wegen der Unnutzbarkeit der Wohnung bat ich Smartflats um Erstattung der Hotelkosten. Dies wurde abgelehnt, da wir nicht nachweisen könnten, dass wir die Wohnung vorzeitig verlassen haben; dies obwohl wir Smartflats vor der Abreise hiervon informierten und der Eingang der Nachricht bestätigt wurde. Fuyez !!!!

Porte de la rue impossible à ouvrir… Jusqu’à ce que la clocharde vivant dans l’escalier nous ouvre ! Une odeur horrible dans l’appartement, aucun ménage fait depuis longtemps, des matelas et couettes crasseux, le divan pas mieux et qui semble habité de punaises de lit… On a fui même pas une heure après sans avoir rien déballé !!! Heureusement que nous avons été remboursés !!!!

Excréments humain dans la cage d'escalier

Expérience désastreuse, appartement insalubre, immeuble occupé par des toxicomanes & SDF. Des excréments humains trouvés à presque chaque étages, canettes de bières, urine, crachats et autres liquides et odeurs plus que suspectes... Difficulté à avoir les différents codes d'accès en temps et en heure. Un appartement dégoûtant, des draps de lits inexistants, deux lits simple à la place d'un lit double, la vaisselle (pour le peu qu'il y en avait) dans un état pitoyable, le frigo qui ne fermait pas.... Un canapé cassé et rempli de traces de semences humaines (?!) Une salle de bain dans un état catastrophique, insalubre, pas de serviette, évier bouché... Un climat très anxiogène régnait dans l'immeuble, du bruit assourdissant chez les voisins jusqu'à 5h voir 6h du matin parfois... Des gens qui se droguaient avec des seringues dans les cages d'escaliers dès 8h du matin.... La porte de l'immeuble était impossible à ouvrir de l'extérieur du 8 mai à 10h30 jusqu'à notre départ le 9 mai à 10h. Aucune solution ne nous a été apportée malgré nos différents appels à l'aide, une honte absolue. En résumé une expérience catastrophique qui nous a vacciné d'hotels.com et qui nous fera aller chez la concurrence sans la moindre hésitation la prochaine fois.

Selten so eine vorab hochgelobte Unterkunft so wiederlicj vorgefunden. Total verraucht! Nur 1 Tasse im schrank und diese war bereits benutzt und dreckig. Verschimmelte Dusche! Türcode funktionierte nicht! Keine Handtücher. Schlechter Hilfekontakt.

Je déconseille de louer l'appartement Smartflats. Ce fut une horrible prestation l'appartement était insalubre . Papier peint déchiré , canapé cassé et sale . Pas de chauffage il faisait 11 degrés dans l 'appatement. Le lit etait salle . La cuisine et la salle de bain étaient sales. La vaisselle etait sale dans le lave vaisselle. Lumière très sombre on y voyait a peine dans l' appartement. Je déconseille cette location.

A l'arrivée nous avions un problème de code celui fourni ne fonctionnait pas, obliger d'attendre devant la porte de l'immeuble que nous recevions un nouveau code. Entre temps j'ai essayé d'appeler au numéro de notre appartement réservé (pas de réponse ce qui semble logique) mais 2 minutes après un homme est sorti ce qui nous a semblé bizarre mais nous a permis de rentrer. Après même problème devant la porte de l'appartement : mauvais code. Au final nous avons réussi à obtenir le bon mais surprise en rentrant dans l'appartement : odeur horrible, très sale, il faisait très froid logique le chauffage était bloqué à 17°C et nous ne pouvions rien augmenter. Bref comme si quelqu'un avait squatter l'appartement !! (probablement la personne qui nous a ouvert juste avant !!). Nous avons donc contacter le service client en leur envoyant toutes les photos à l'appui car nous nous voyons pas dormir dans cet environnement et dans un lit sale ! Mais pour eux ce ne sont que des traces d'usures donc c'est normal ! Aucun dédommagement ou recherche de solutions du grand foutage de gueule ! Nous avons du chercher un logement en urgence ! Pour résumer LOGEMENT A FUIR !!!

je n'ai pu accéder à l'appartement qu'à partir de 21 h j'ai passé 3 h à essayer d'obtenir les codes d'accès j'ai finalement re çu des codes ; celui de l'accès à l'immeuble fonctionne mais pas celui de l'apartement; j'ai encore perdu 20 minutes avant de l'obtenir mais ma suis retrouvé coincé dehors car celui de l'entrée avait été changé 3ème étage avec ascenseur en panne en plus séjour horrible Michael

Photos mensongères et saleté

Premièrement l'entrée est compliquée car couloir et ascenseur sale ainsi que les poubelles et leur odeur à l'entrée, désagréable. Mais ça encore pas trop grave. Le plus intolérable c'est les photos du site et sur booking mensongère car on est pas du tout sur le même rendu ! Et la SALETÉ DE PARTOUT ; les sols, les murs, toile d'araignée digne d'Halloween, une douche bouchée y avais de l'eau de partout on a dû prendre un drap pour essuyer, voilà pourquoi il y a un linge dans la baignoire, dans les toilettes un trou au mur et des câbles ressortant. En je suis avec mes enfants (1,3 et 12ans) que j'ai dû faire dormir dans cette saleté. Une machine à café Senseo qui ne fonctionne pas et qui clignote tout le temps même avec de l'eau dans le réservoir. Et ça ne s'arrête pas là un gros trou sur la terrasse où l'on peut se faire très mal. C'était ma première réservation chez vous et franchement je suis très déçue !

Une horreur, lamentable

Sols, murs, évier sales ainsi que l’entrée et l’ascenseur. Couettes tachées et déchirées. Pas assez de couverts et vaisselle. Il était écrit plateau thé et café, cela ne signifie pas une bouilloire et une cafetière seulement mais aussi des sachets de thé, et des dosettes de café et sucre. Il y avait également 2 plinthes de cassées, le bas du canapé avait disparu J’ai envoyé un mail le jour même à smartflats pour le signaler, sans réponse Le lendemain matin je les ai appeler car nous avions une fuite dans les toilettes, compte tenu des traces sur le mur …, ce n’était pas la première fois. J’ai signalé que l’eau coulait sur le compteur électrique et donc que c’était dangereux j’attends encore que l’on me rappelle Enfin j’avais signalé qu’une personne à mobilité réduite était avec moi, ils ne m’ont pas signalé que l’appartement, très bien situé, en plein dans le centre , était dans une rue piétonne et donc pas accessible en voiture !!

en plein coeur de Liège. appartement spacieux confortable. Il manque juste un peu de vaisselle : très peu de verre, de couvert, de bols, ... obliger de faire tourner le lave vaisselle à vide ou de faire la vaisselle

Another week in this apartment and another week with a broken shower, broken tap and no lighting in the main walkway although i had made them aware the first day that i had checked in to room 202. The apartment overall is quite dark. Location is perfect as you are in the center.
