“I love here. This hotel is very clean and seems to care very much about Covid. However, one disadvantage is that there is a temperature limit for the room guide. I wanted to control the temperature because it was cold, but I couldn't. ”

“The hotel is a lovely old building in a perfectly convenient location in downtown Fort Worth. Sundance Square is in easy walking distance as are various public transport options such as the bus to The Stockyards and the train to Dallas. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely with a nice comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was that they charged the stay on the credit card I had used to secure the booking, rather than the card I had...

“Check-in clerk was very friendly and very helpful!! Even though we had some trouble with locating the shuttle pick-up site, the driver was so courteous! And that service was indispensable for a concert at AT&T! I also saw the desk staff handing out towels to some of the returnees as we were caught in a downpour coming out of the stadium.”

“This is a nice hotel in an ideal location for both Forth Worth and the Stockyards, both of which are about a 10 minute taxi ride away, however the Hotel runs a free mini bus to the Stockyards and back Thurs - Sat from 6pm. Breakfast was very good and the freshly cooked cookies and coffee in reception were very much appreciated after the nights at the Stockyards! The hotel also has a large car park with free parking.”
