The service of the people was great, Specially the front desk girls. They work 24hrs, They make lunch bags if you have to go to a trip at dawn. Right in front there are 2 sea food restaurants, and a tourist information center (very helpful). Its close the main street and stores of Miraflores and the rooms and bathroom are very great. Something we didnt like was that at night or evening you hear all the street noises, perhaps they could instal anti-noise windows. Other than that, excellent stay!

La llave de agua fría de la ducha no funcionaba. Ponen taza, infusiones y azúcar y no hay ni cafetera, ni hervidor. El aire acondicionado perdía pero no enfriaba.

Nice property in convenient Miraflores area. The staff was great! They changed money for me and even helped me get an Uber when I could not download the app. They have a GREAT breakfast too! My room(s) were freezing cold, however as they don't heat the hotels. And, the beds were a little too firm for me. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I'd stay there again and recommend this San Agustin Exclusive hotel.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast served was very good and had both Latin American dishes and North American classics. The staff were helpful and many of them spoke English.

En general el hotel estuvo bien, el precio en el app de hoteles.com decía un precio y en el hotel fue algo mayor, si bien es cierto la diferencia no fue mucha (7.00 USD aproximadamente) no fue lo que se indico en la web. Luego todo bien con el hotel aunque podrían mejorar sus almohadas.

Great location. Ceviche/ seafood restaurants across the street, anything you want within waking distance. Free breakfast, left a lot to be desired considering all the great places to go eat. Clean, older hotel, very quiet, peaceful in the middle of everything.

La habitacion estaba comoda, pero no tuvieron disponibilidad de una sola cama y tuvimos que tomar una de dos camas dobles. A pesar de que estábamos registrados dos personas en la habitación tuve que pedir que me alcanzaran una toalla adicional después que habían hecho la limpieza, esto en dos oportunidades y se tomaron poco mas de 30 minutos en hacerlo. En mas de una oportunidad, encontramos los servicios de algun huesped que dejo sus platos en una mesa auxiliar al lado del ascensor y alli se quedaron casi todo el dia sin que nadie viniera a recogerlos.

Decent but not exciting
Room was ok, large bed. Hotel could need a renovation, everything looked old and rusty. Appearance is old-fashioned, but practical. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local fruits and bakeries.

Customer Service is not good.
The hotel was mid range on the comfort level. The beds are pretty hard and take some getting used to and the sheets are like sand paper, all of which I could excuse if the customer service had been up to par. I stayed there for 3 nights and definitely had some issues. My check in was a full 2 hours after the time stated on Hotels.com, a room service order for coffee was completely forgotten about, my wake up call that I requested 3 times did not happen, and I was woken up the night before I was scheduled to leave by a "your transfer is here" call. That happened before my scheduled wake up call, so clearly if they had been paying attention, they would have known I was not leaving at midnight. Just not a very good experience at all and I'll be letting the tour operator that booked us here know.
