"They staff were helpdul and they accommodated us with extra towels. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable amd the room is spacious. The Inn was located only 17 minutes from downtown but it felt it was closer than that. Area was quiet. It is a placed I will most certainly stay again. I recommend it."

"This was a good place, perfectly located in St Augustine. The only thing that was very bad was the fact that the room had NO CLOSETS, so we had to keep our clothes hanged in the car. Not convenient at all, as I had few business meetings and I needed dress outfits that I was not even able to iron. Otherwise, all was okay."

"We had a great stay at homewood suites in St Augustine. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit St Augustine. PS I hate the valet parking, not worth .the money."

"Liked the staff, the decor, & the spaciousness of the lobby & breakfast areas. The room & bed itself was fine, but the pillows were terrible as was the water pressure & temp in the shower."

"The most basic level of a Hilton. Good location, parking was secure but expensive ($25/day). The pool didn't look inviting, and there was no privacy between it and the parking lot. The staff is not very friendly; they don't seem to know how to smile. The breakfast lacks variety, and there's no accessible microwave to warm food; the Holiday Inn has a better breakfast than this place. There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. There is a coffee station in the lobby accessible at all times."

"We booked 2 nights but left after the first night. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even turn around and was filthy. They painted all the rust around the shower which was all chipped away. There wasn't a coffee maker or coffee in the room and when we went to the desk she said they don't offer it in any room. My advice is don't stay here. Live and learn"

"This hotel has friendly staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is not a state of the art hotel. It is older but well maintained and clean. I will definitely be back. It was a great stay."
