“Nice location”

“The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked”

“I accidentally made a reservation at this hotel, not realizing the date on my search had reset and was no longer correct. Within about two minutes of making the reservation, I caught my error and immediately called to cancel. The hotel was completely inflexible and charged me full price for a room that I wouldn't be able to stay in. It was an honest mistake that was caught quickly. I'll think again before staying at a Days Inn.”

“The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. The lady told me 10 minutes upon arrival but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for a room. I ended up leaving the next day,...

“Room was clean and comfortable. We had to search for staff to check in. The 2 phone numbers on the desk to call for assistance fid not connect to staff at the hotel. Icemaker was non functional and leaking water in the hallway. Breakfast was ok for a continental with hot waffle.”

“We booked a king suite with kitchenette. Our room smelled like feces. We found 3 bugs in our room. 2 pillows had blood stains. There was no kitchenette. Actually, no cooking is allowed anywhere in the hotel. Even though the rooms offered have kitchenettes in the photos and we chose a room specifically for the kitchenette. “This was a nice place to stay, but for some reason there was a portable A/C unit in our room (the main A/C didn't work) and this was quite noisy and inconvenient and stopped working properly for a portion of our stay. But the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.”
