Das Personal war super freundlich, unsere Poolvilla war ein Traum und wurde zudem noch als Honeymoon Villa geschmรผckt.
Frรผhstรผck und Abendessen waren ebenfalls sehr lecker.
Transfer hat bestems geklappt, morgens wurde vor unserer Villa mit dem Golfcaddy auf uns gewartet und dann problemlos mit dem Minivan weiter zum Flughafen.โ
โlocated in suburb of Samui, hard to access at the main road, so had to call hotel taxi, quite expensive. room cleaning was bad, have to stay with sand and dust. Beach was so shallow, just good to stroll...โ
โgreat location, right the beach, with very nice views. The hotel is funky (the rooms are old ship containers for example), but confortable, clean and extremely friendly. The restaurant within the hotel serves good Thai food at ridiculously low prices, and the tables are directly on the beach (your feet in the sand, under the trees). I stayed there quite a few times, and thought it was quite a good deal.โ
โThis is our 4th time in this hotel, but last time was several years ago so there are many improvements- the rooms has been modernised, new restaurant menu, new area with swimming pool, a gym and Thai boxing added, and a spa. But the main character of the property is maintained- being a very relaxed, beautiful seaside hotel. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly too, no ask too big. We will be back again soon, thank you xxโ
โThis is a unique experience. Itโs truly a beautiful place. Perhaps 8-10 other guests while we were there. We only spent time in the room to sleep. When we werenโt out on excursions we were sitting at the beautiful infinity pool with the most incredible view. Staff are super genuine and kind though a little young and inexperienced. Check in and check out needs some improvement. Beware of the very steep driveway. I would not try to do that at night without seeing it first in daylight and I drive...
โGreat place set on beautiful swimming beach. Big pool. Had lots of fun with the totem tennis! Restaurant does great food including lovely buffet breakfast. Good, comfy beds. Nice area for walking around. โ
โEverything seem to be going well till when I came back and checked my bag.
My ring & my husbands ring was missing when I haven't even taken it out from my luggage bag since samui trip.
I am so upset due to this fact and I have contacted the hotel but all they said was they have looked at lost and found and they could not found it....
I feel like it has been stolen since the ring was white gold with little diamonds on it..
I am so upset still and can't believe this.โ
"It was my first visit to Centara, and it was even more charming than the photos. In particular, all the staff were so friendly that I felt happy every time I made eye contact.
