I didn’t have toilet paper for the first day of my stay, and the shower was either boiling or freezing, no in between, but otherwise the area is amazing, the staff is very friendly and accommodating

This is a very old hotel with very small rooms, but we liked the authentic antique wooden floors and stairs. A good value for a short stay in a very happening area of town.

They used a very good camera because the room we had did not look like the photos . The elevator was broken again! Does it ever work ??? from what I read in other reviews . Only 75 steps to our forth floor room with heavy luggage. No compensation to be had. But I had a personal best for showering in the smallest shower in my life. I felt like a specimen in a test tube!!!

the place needs a lot of work. the elevator does not work - the stairs were challenging as they seem to change as you go up. The bathroom super small - my knees touch the sink when seating on the toilet.

The hotel is conveniently located however it is an old building. The elevator is extremely slow and can only accommodate 1 person at a time so you are forced to take the stairs which seem to have some structural issues because they all slant downwards towards the middle making it feel like a fun house. There was mold along the bottom of the terrace doors but the room itself was well cleaned everyday. The breakfast very basic.

hotel de 2 estrelas parece grande nas fotos mas é pequeno e antigo. tem somente 1 elevador super pequeno para 1 mala e 1 pessoa e no nosso último dia estava avariado e nós com malas pesadas no 4. andar! Banheiro precisa de pequenos reparos e melhor manutenção. As camas são boas e os lençóis e travesseiros muito bons. o ar quente funcionou bem! Vários cabides para pendurar roupas. localização perfeita no coração do baixa chiado e a 3 mins a pé da praça do comércio! No geral valeu o que pagamos!!

L’hôtel est très bien placé je dirai même idéal pour visiter Lisbonne. C’est propre. En revanche le personnel n’est pas du tout agréable. Le ménage des chambres il faut supplier pour qu’elle le fasse. Et sincèrement le seul vrai problème c’est l’accueil. C’est un hôtel pour le tourisme il faut être un minimum accueillant et serviable

Horrible property, elevator with 1-person max capacity, the condition of the property is extremely poor, the condition of the rooms is awful and very nasty, the fifth floor don't have access to the lift and the stairs are so crooked that you hit and hurt your knees in every step, I was supposed to spend the night and we couldn't, we left that horrific false advertised placed in just hours. Me as a Orbitz VIP member cannot recommend anyone to stay here not even homeless people, as fact Orbitz should stop promoting this place. I have a ton of pictures that I'll share in a different review.

Great location if you like to party all night. Wonderful staff but the hotel was not heated and the lift was for one person at a time!

Overall, I’m very happy with my stay. The location was perfect to walk around and have a little bit of night life. I felt safe but I was also aware of my surroundings as it should be at any tourist place.

Pour une réservation faite des mois à l’avance nous avons eu la surprise d’avoir une chambre au dernier étage avec escalier et un ascenseur long et capricieux qui s’arrête à l’étage précédent. ( 1 personne à la fois seulement ) nous ne l’avons jamais utilisé mais si nous étions dans l’incapacité de prendre les escaliers c’était pareil…. Et 5 étages à chaque fois ça réveille. La chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photographies. Il y avait des cheveux/poils partout ( lit, salle de bain ) le ménage a été refait une fois mais sans plus. Pas de fer à repasser à l’accueil bien qu’il soit mentionné dans le descriptif. Obligé d’en racheter un… Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas agréable du tout et ne comprenait pas qu’on souhaite changer de chambre. Cela paraissait normal d’avoir des photos mensongères et un ménage approximatif. Un peu bruyant mais la localisation ( en plein centre) le justifie aussi Petit déjeuner très simple et peu qualitatif. On a du demander plusieurs fois les œufs brouillés. Tout le reste était très fade, les jus et la machine à café n’en parlons pas.. Bref, pas aussi attrayant que sur les photos. Belle déception.

Pensar bem se vale a pena ficar nesse hotel

Ruim. O elevador é precário . Subi e desci de escada o tempo todo. Escadas tortas . Não aconselho para pessoas idosas ou que tem problemas de mobilidade. O que salva é a localização que é excelente e o pessoal da recepção educados . No geral não vale o valor pago .

Not great. Elevator is only for luggage and often doesn't work. Watch out if you have a room on a higher floor. Breakfast is not included, not even coffee! Rooms and basic and do the job, with air con, but have a smell. Noise isolation is bad, you can hear outside and other rooms. Ratio price/quality is bad.

Ascenseur qui ne fonctionne pas, 3 étage avec bagages à pied.... Salle de bain minuscule, WC qui donne sur un mur obligé de s'assoir de côté.
