“The deluxe room (labeled "Penthouse") was quirky being up several stairs and was in the roof with dormer windows. It had too much furniture in it for the size. Ok for just a 1-night stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to shout about and was overpriced. Overall, we thought that the price for the room and the breakfast was too high. we didn't use the spa or the pool (maybe they merit the price for some people). The location suited our purposes, but we probably won't stay there again.”

“Overall a nice stay but the rooms needed a good clean and some simple renovation. The bed frame/fabric base was all stained, the floor was stained and the window latches all broken so the window was either wide open or shut. A couple of £1 hinges would fix it. Spiders in the shower in both rooms. The staff were great, parking easy, bar was nice. Just needs some simple tlc”

“Lovely stay at the Woden! It’s quaint, clean and conveniently located with nice amenities. The manager Jay was very helpful and I was afforded a room upgrade before I arrived at no charge- what a pleasant surprise!”

“Great little pub on outskirts of the city. Its an old pub that has a lovely vibe to it. The pub itself is great the surrounding area is a bit dodgy. Room itself was spot on. Nice comfy bed, great shower and had a lovely stay there after meeting up with some mates. It was £50 for the night so you're not getting the Ritz.”

“Very bad parking situation in the hotel, I paid for parking and was unable to park. The gym was very dated and the staff were not the most helping.”
