Main level is a gift shop and a small print shop, along with bathrooms for the bus groups that arrive for the Jacobite Boat tours, so it does get very busy during the day. Check-in along with the rooms are on the second level and there is a lift. The bar/restaurant are across from the front desk, with large windows over looking Loch Ness. The dinner menu is awesome and so are the breakfast's. Inverness is only 15-20 min up the road way and is a nice city to walk around. I can’t say enough about the Loch Ness Clansmen Hotel along with its staff."
