“The service was wonderful. The staff helped arrange things like taxis and a horse ride and made sure I got breakfast before an early morning tour (excellent scones!). They were especially accommodating on my last day when I was taking a late train, allowing me to shower and have a place to hang out for a little while in the late afternoon. “Eventhough hotel sent a message about their employee vacancy, no bar and restaurant didn't open at Sunday and Monday nights. It looks like a ghost hotel. This info noticed only in Hotels.com message and not to my email to reconsider this reservation. All the facilities are very much old and inconvenient including not serving the new towel everyday.
