“Everything about the cottage was excellent - beautiful location, clean rooms, great views. Only thing that is not optimal is on demand hot water in the showers.”

“On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village.”

“셀프체크인이라 복잡하지 않고 본인의 룸 넘버를 확인하고 키를 가져가면 돼요. 조용한 곳이라 쉬기에는 적합한 장소예요. 가까이에 식료품점이 있어서 물과 간단한 음식을 살 수 있어요. (그 옆에는 피자집도 있지만 전 이용하지 않았어요.) 아침식사는 7:30부터 이용가능하고 전날 저녁 9시까지 주문하면 되는 거예요. (그리고 일부 식사는 take away가 가능하니 참고하세요.) 그리고 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 바디워시가 비치되어 있어요. 직원이 없어서 불편할 줄 알았는데 왓츠앱으로 문의하면 바로바로 답변이 오니까 걱정마세요.”

“The property is in a lovely area along the River Ness and About a 20 minute walk into the city along the river. It certainly has the wow factor and the apartment we had had everything we needed eg small fridge, microwave, stove top and oven plus all the plates and cutlery etc required for a short self catering stay. Would definately recommend this property.”

“인버네스 시내에서 좀 멀어서 차나 택시가 필수예요. 리셉션이 있는 건물은 중세건물로 운치있어 좋았고, 객실이 있는 곳은 옆에 새로지어진 굉장히 현실적(?)인 건물이었습니다. 정원과 조식을 먹는 가든은 이뻤어요. 조식 맛은 그냥 보통입니다. 직원분이 친절하긴하나 교육은 안받으신 직원인 것 같고, 객실건물은 한층 이동해야하나 엘레베이터는 없습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓은 편이고 라지에이터도 따뜻했어요”

“Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.”

“Rocpool Reserve is a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. We stayed in one of the suites with a private hot tub and sauna, and the room itself was spacious with a very nice bathroom. We were especially looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and sauna. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help.
