별로예요: 청결 상태, 직원 및 서비스, 숙박 시설 상태 및 시설
The hotel was not near Utah State as claimed. It was dated and run down. The breakfast offered was of much poorer quality than comparable hotels. Instead of orange juice, they served an orange punch. No fresh oatmeal. Only fruit was old soft apples in a bowl.
On last day found a bug crawling on bed. Looked it up online and confirmed was a bed bug. We brought it to to front desk. 15 minutes after we left the called and said pest control was there and said it was a flea not a bed bug. Not true. Too big to be a flea. The said the would call us back about credit. They never did. When we called back, male employee was very rude on phone. Claimed nothing was found in room by pest control. When asked if they had shown them bug we brought them, said he didn’t know bc he wasn’t there. Said he would have manager call. Never did.
