Convenient location, but that's all
Convenient because the hotel is located close to Paddington station. But the neighbourhood is not nice. It does not feel like one is in England. Because of the proximity of the train tracks and the noise, sleeping is difficult.

가격대비 좋습니다.특히 화장실은 새로 리뉴얼 되어있어.매우 깨끗합니다. 전반적으로 깔끔하게 관리 되어있고. 지하층에 배정받아.오후12시-새벽5시 제외 지하철 지나가는 소음이 있습니다.검색시 패딩턴역근처 호텔에서는 거의 지하철 이야기가 나오더군요. 참 아주 밤늦게 다니지는 않았지만.지하철역 가깝고 주위가 비교적 안전해보였습니다.

관광지와의 접근성이 좋으며 가격대비 적당한 가치를 제공하는 호텔이었습니다. 지하 숙소를 할당 받았는데 지하에 묶을 수도 있음을 유의하세요. 커피포트는 너무 더러워서 사용할 수가 없었습니다.

Terrible stay
This hotel has a serious problem due to the location. This hotel is very close to the station and my room was on the underground. Every time the train was passing by, I had to endure the shaking of the things in the room. The train went past every minute, and I was stressed out. It was like a nightmare while staying at the hotel.They should at least notify the customer of these facts and sell them at a lower price.

The condition of the most of hotel in london is not good. The space of the room is too small and the clearness of the bed is not perfect. However, the location of the hotel is so convinence to catch metro and the main spot like park and palarce. The english breakfase is composed with egg, bean, beacon and coffee, bread.

It was clean and the staff were nice. Had a mix up with the room but it was instantly sorted. We were in the downstairs, so we could feel and hear the underground train every few minutes. Could only go to sleep after 12:30. Woken up early by the trains and guests going for breakfast by our room. Furnishings are old but adequate. The beds were comfy and the sheets clean.

Das Hotel hat viel zu kleine Zimmer und das Wasser in der Dusche braucht fast 10 Minuten, bis es warm ist. Es ist nicht verständlich, warum es nicht mal einen deutschen Fernsehsender gibt (stattdessen italienische) Am Empfang wirkt der Rezeptionist uninteressiert und gibt mir ein Zimmer in der 4.Etage ohne Lift!! Das Frühstück war typisch Englisch und ok soweit. Man könnte aber mittlerweile auch in England kontinentale Elemente eines Frühstücks erwarten: vielleicht ein bisschen Brot oder Brötchen, etwas Wurst und Käse und Kakao für die Kinder. Kann doch nicht so schwer sein...

Very tight quarters, building is basically a historical monument itself- everything outdated. The positives were- nice staff, great breakfast, & easily walkable to the underground & many stores/restaurants.

Ups: The doormen were polite and kind. The breakfast was nice and the comfort as good as can be expected for this price. Downs: One of our group woke up with a sudden splash of water from the ceiling. Luckily it was only roughly half a liter of water and after one complaint the issue was fixed the next day. Only other point was the vibrations of the underground. It did not keep is awake, but the frequent vibrations are very much noticeable.

Comfortable and in a good location with loads of amenities and transportation options nearby. Furnishings are showing their age. Staff was excellent with the exception of one front desk person that checked us in.

Las habitaciones son agradables ya acogedoras.Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de tren y metro Paddinton. Hay tiendas alrededor. Al ser un edificio antiguo, no cuenta con ascensor y las escaleras son empinadas y resulta pesado subir al Segundo y tercer nivel maletas muy pesadas. El desayuno es inglés bueno. Lo que no nos gustó es que la jarra eléctrica estaba muy sucia por dentro.

Wir waren übers Wochenende im Hotel u hatten einen wirklich guten Aufenthalt. Gebucht hatten wir ein Twinzimmer. Dieses war mit Tageslicht, mit Blick auf einen Innenluftatrium. Dieses war wirklich gut, einfach, zeitlos mit engl. Touch eingerichtet. Die Matratzen weich, aber echt bequem. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Es gab einen Schreibtisch, TV und genug Ablage für Kleidung. Das Bad war frisch renoviert. An Utensilien war ein Fön, Duschgel u Handseife vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ok, man konnte zwischen englisch u continental wählen. Frische Milch Wasser leckerer OSaft u Cerealien on top - wir fanden es echt ausreichend & gut. Das Personal im gesamten Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Der Fussweg zum BF Paddington beträgt 5 Min. Drumherim viele Restaurants. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach C/O dort unkompliziert einlagern, da unser Flug erst am Abend ging. Zu erwähnen ist noch, wir haben ebenerdig gewohnt, dass man die Tube im Zimmer hört. Sprich das Durchzischen unten drunter. Tagsüber alle 10 Min. Am WE war gegen 23 Uhr schluss u sie fuhr ab ca 7.30 wieder. Das ist in allen alten Häusern dort um den Bahnhof so. Wir hatten uns schnell dran gewöhnt. So far so good. Fazit .. wir kommen auf jd Fall wieder. LG ausm good old Germany.

Très bien situé, personnel agréable et très propre. En points négatifs, il faut laisser couler l’eau au moins 10 minutes pour pouvoir prendre une douche chaude. Dans la chambre du rez-de-chaussée, bruit très important du métro qui fait vibrer le radiateur. Ce n’est pas une chambre calme. Chambres très petites mais tout l’équipement est là !

立地は最高！ パディントン駅からすぐなのでどこに行くにしても移動がとても便利です。 スーパーやレストラン、ファーストフード店も揃っていて困る事はありません。 スタッフの人の対応は可もなく不可もなし。 部屋も普通の清潔レベルで不満はありません。 私は一階の部屋だったのでスーツケースがあっても不便を感じることはありませんでしたが、上の階だと階段、廊下が狭いので大変だと思います。 一点不満があるとしたら、地下鉄の音がうるさい。電車が通るたびにガタガタガタガタ… 私は我慢できたけど、神経質な人には耐えられないかなと思いました。

Reasonable value
For an overnight stay it was ok. The hotel is really tired and needs renovations. Try hard not to look at the carpet as many feet have traveled it and left their marks. Having said that, the en-suite was very clean as was the room in general, even the very dated furniture was clean. The service was excellent. We were short of a towel , requested one from reception on our way out and one was delivered to our door whilst we were out. Also, I requested a room on first floor max ( I’m not great with stairs) and was given a choice. So they did take note of requests, which I was delighted with. We didn’t go down for breakfast, although it was available and included in the price. Value for money in central London is good as long as you’re not too picky.

Not great. Room was dirty with rubbish left on the floor. I didn’t manage to sleep well as it very noisy with trains underneath which was not advertised when booking. Definitely not worth the £140 I spent so really not happy

I really enjoyed my stay. It was straightforward and not fancy but had all the basic things I needed. It was clean, great shower and breakfast was lovely. Staff were very pleasant. I would stay there again. Also transport to different areas of London was good and nearby.

Reviews seem accurate overall. Rooms are fairly average size and bathrooms small, but we expected that. Breakfast was nice and the staff were simply excellent, but the room was crowded (they need to extend the timing by 30 minutes really). You can hear the trains, but we were upstairs, so they did not keep us awake. Heating seems to go off at night, but our room was not cold. Reception staff were nice and location is excellent (but there is building work nearby at present). Overall, no complaints and we would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic staff
Excellent service, very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable although it probably needs a bit of updating. Breakfast was hot and served quickly which is exactly what we needed. A note for anyone who might struggle with stairs. Some of the rooms are on the 4th floor, so if you can usually manage 2 floors, make sure to tell them
