stain on sheets, no compensation, just offered an apology. Nice hotel however the cleanliness is very poor.

Overall, we had a fine stay. There were a few flaws. One is we were told at the checkin that they would call us when the room was ready, but they didn’t. Second, again at the checkin, we were not told that because we booked executive room, we could use the executive lounge for services like breakfast and afternoon services. Later we were credited to compensate the one day we missed these services. Other than these, the room was spacious, hotel was conveniently located, and team was generally friendly.

Great location - great staff
Generally nice but quite worn down for the price. Keycards for doors seem to have a problem, had to adress the card not working 3 times during 48 hour stay. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was good. Location fabulous.

Good but low value for money
With such a hype and name I had honestly expected more and better allround quality. The value for money verdict is low, despite good services present in this hotel. No hard critique points besides a folio mistake that I had to spend time on clearing myself...

I would love to thank the recipient Mustafa , as he is really friendly, even though he wasn't able to extend my stay because the hotel is fully booked. He tried hardly and I left and I am happy. Because he is so professional.

To get more space we ordered the family room. It was on level 1. Noisy. The bathroom and room is not what we expected from a 5* hotel.

For a JW Marriot property, I expect very high quality given outrageous prices, but the JW in London seemed old out of date and it smelled bad. The room cleaning was limited to fresh towels no vac as far I could tell. I was told check-in was a 3PM but when I arrived at:4:30 I was told I had to wait two hours and that they would call me on my cell but no one called when the room was ready

we had a lousy choice of room 366 , that wasn't good to stay in , moved second day to a little bit better one 825 but still as a marriot member i wasn't treated well , neither with check out time i was given hardly 1 hour more
