Reasonable stay

Good stay for the price. Can understand previous feedback but we found this to be a reasonable stay for the money. Room wasn’t great but had all the amenities we needed prior to getting a train the following day.

Perfectly decent stay. You get what you pay for and so we weren’t expecting 5 star but couldn’t fault it for what we paid. Perfect location for the railway station and Brunswick centre. Good clean bedding and everything we needed

Tiny little room, with a miniscule washroom; not the comfiest bed ever, but OK. I arrived early, well before check-in time, but they were very good about cleaning it and letting me in early. Ideally placed for travel from St Pancras; on transit routes for getting around.

Clean, a little dated but very cheap.

Great value. Staff were fantastic. Room was very basic but clean and all you need for a brief stay. I was only sleeping there, much better than anything near this price (multi occupancy hostel, no thanks). Perfect for my one night to avoid the replacement bus service and be fresh for work in the morning.

Property was in a good area and accessible to the place we wanted to get to and from. The interior of the property is very dated, which didn't bother us, but the room was very small for 3 people, and the bathroom was extremely small. The pictures online of the rooms dont show how dated and small it all is. The room was so warm as well and had no ventilation, really. Cleanliness of the room is also very basic. Not sure we would re-book this hotel again.

Decent price, great location, good service

Its a decent hotel at quite center of london. For a decent price. Much better than staying at the airBnB or hostels. Its close to chancery lane tube station and has plenty restaurants nearby. The breakfast is okayish but the hosts are very hospitable.

You get what you pay for. The beds were clean and comfortable, the decor is dated and the buildings have a musty smell. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was interesting and certainly not a continental but toast and cereal was available. The area for eating was very cramped and small but tables were cleared quickly and efficiently. Location is very central and very quiet. I would stay again due to the cost and the comfortable beds of the beds.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was on the second floor and two doors down from reception. There was no lift which was a problem for me but staff did help with luggage. There was a deep step up into the bathroom which wasn't clear in the booking information. My room had tea making facilities but no milk. Breakfast was included but this was very basic - a couple of choices of cereal and a loaf of bread to make your own toast

Inexpensive for stay in a very convenient and safe London area. Hotel small, several floors but no elevator, breakfast standard continental of juice/cereal/rolls/coffee. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again if we had a room only one floor from the entrance.

Really only needed a base for one night, it was good for that reason....was warm, quiet, clean....small room, small bathroom...but everything was there for you to use....WiFi is extra....breakfast, although included, not up to much, cereal & toast only.... Was allowed to check in at 11.30, that was a big bonus....
