One of the best
Excellent service, delicious breakfast, very clean and spacious. However, it was disappointing that there are no kettle nor coffee machine.

관광과 휴식에 모두 적합한 곳
장점 : 위치가 정말 좋아요. 드레스코드 있는 식당에서 식사하고 바로 호텔로 돌아와 편하게 옷 갈아입고 관광에 나설 수 있습니다. 관광지 대부분이 호텔에서 보도로 10분 내외고요. 관광지 한 가운데이지만 번잡한 골목 안쪽이라 밤에는 조용합니다. 객실은 난방,수압,청결도 모두 최고였고요. 직원 서비스도 물론 좋았습니다. 체크인시 객실에 샴페인 한병과 올리브가 준비되어 있었는데, 익스피디아 vip+서비스로 추측됩니다. 패브릭 미스트도 선물로 준비되어 있었고, 머무는 도중에도 머랭과 마카롱등을 깜짝선물로 주셨습니다. 날씨가 추워서 감기에 걸릴까 걱정했는데, 난방이 31도까지 가능해서 따뜻하게 지냈습니다. 객실 바로 앞이 여왕폐하의 극장이라 매일 창문으로 극장을 보며 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 호불호가 있을 듯 : 턴다운 서비스가 수시로 이루어지는지, 어느날은 하루에 세번정도 다녀가신 것 같았습니다. 객실에 들어올 때마다 뭔가가 바뀌어 있었어요 :) 오전에 잠시 들어왔을 때에는 없었던 물병이 놓여있다거나, 2시간 나갔다 들어오니 침대위에 놓여있던 쿠션의 위치가 바뀌었다거나 하는 부분이요. 다른그림찾기 하는 기분이었습니다. 단점 : 모든 객실에 욕조가 있는 것으로 알고 있었는데, 제가 묵은 객실은 욕조가 없었고 샤워기가 고정식이어서 약간 불편했습니다 (대신 전망이 정말 좋아서 모든 단점을 상쇄) 그리고 객실에 전기포트와 머그잔,찻잔이 없어요. 물론 데스크에 말씀드리니 바로 전기포트와 찻잔을 준비해주셨습니다. 그나마 찾은 단점이 이것뿐이에요.

The Haymarket Hotel is perfect in every way! Friendly Staff, luxurious Linens and furnishings. I honestly felt as though I was staying in my own gorgeous apartment in London. Great food, craft cocktails, location, location, location! I will be back!

beautiful hotel the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Made us feel very special and welcomed. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. 5 stars can’t wait to go again next year!

We had a wonderful stay at the Haymarket. The location is perfect - walkable to all the sites and the underground at Picadilly Circus. The room amply accommodated one adult and two children (ages 11 and 13). We arrived at the hotel early (9:00am) after taking a redeye to LHR and they had a room ready for us by 10am. The breakfast was very good. I really appreciated the staff's kindness and hospitality. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel, perfect location, 5* service!!
I can't say enough good things about the Firmdale, Haymarket Hotel. First off, the location is fantastic, 5-7 minute walks from Charing Cross, Leicester Square, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. With all the major Theaters at the doorstep. More importantly than the location is the service you will receive from everyone there. From the doormen, front desk and concierge you will be assisted by a friendly, warm, welcoming team. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern and have all the amenities you could need for your stay. Breakfast was a pleasure as were greeted every day by a wonderful hostess (Shaniha, apologies for spelling) and the wait staff, Santa, Hadrian, Asumi, Shaquan, Shiva and Mariana. Evening drinks became a fun part of our routine daily where we were indulged nightly the fun and fabulous bar staff of Naz, Marek, Victoria, Loki, Josh and Jeneba! The decor is vibrant and unique adding that boutique feel, with aa large indoor pool/party area with bar in the basement complete with spa rooms and a gym. This hotel really does have everything to make your stay in London both refreshing and fun and I honestly can say it's been such a wonderful experience I would never think about another hotel in London. I hope all the staff members we encountered are able to understand that they really made the stay for us as amazing as it was and they are all truly appreciated for it. Thank you all

We enjoyed our stay at the Haymarket Hotel so much last year that we returned again this year. The staff are amazing. Very friendly, helpful and highly professional. The decor is stunning. The hotel has a lovely light colourful ambience about it giving it a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The location is perfect for sightseeing, shows and dining out. But our favourite thing was going for a pre breakfast jog along the Mall, now that was really special.

The Haymarket Hotel is a little oasis in the Piccadilly/Trafalgar Square area. So there are posher parts of town (e.g. Mayfair) but this is very convenient to theatres, etc. Everything was great. My only quibble was disorganization in the breakfast room.

Having tried many hotels in London - smaller and larger ones, it is fair to say that the Haymarket hotel is in a different league - service is outstanding, rooms top and decor amazing - what could be slightly better to hit 10 out of 10 would be the breakfast - a little more love into the cockery would do wonders.

Stilsichere Inneneinrichtung, die dem alten Gebäude gerecht wird, aber nicht kitschig wirkt. Guter Service, unerwartet großer Innenpool, sehr gutes Frühstück und - wer mag - sehr gute Tea Time. Die Lage zwischen Piccadilly Circus und Trafalgar-Square ist natürlich das Highlight - damit sind viele Attraktionen Londons zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great hotel in a great location!
Great boutique hotel in a great location. A short walk (or subway) to all major attractions. The concierge is very helpful and the bar is very nice. Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed. You can’t go wrong with The Haymarket as your hotel choice.

The location was excellent for most tourist sites, lots of pubs and eateries. It's on a side street which provides a little privacy and quiet. The staff was amazing and the most friendly and professional group of people ever! My room was spacious and the linens and toiletries high quality. Nice decor and beautiful quirky but tasteful finishes throughout. I hardly ever leave reviews and have traveled throughout Europe (London 4 times) and could happily live at this hotel. (Even the minibar was affordable).

A lovely hotel. We visited for our wedding anniversary and the staff were so good with us. Very attentive and always happy to help. The room was comfortable and quiet. As for the location, it is superb. Right in the heart of the theatre district.
