Ideally located for an itinerary within Canary Wharf: easy access to underground and overground transport modes. Mostly chilly because of the winds but lovely neighborhood. The facility can improve on cleaning and servicing of rooms.

Good quiet location close to DLR, Jubilee- and Elizabeth line. Modern hotel with comfortable spacious rooms and access to health club with pool. Great breakfast and dinner with lovely and welcoming staff. Will be back.

The ambience of the hotel was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, spacious and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. I did not try the spa or gym, so cannot comment on them, but I'm sure they were equally great.

Overall, our stay was excellent. The front desk ladies were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the gym team were absolutely fantastic. So friendly, attentive and helpful with towels and amenities. The breakfast servers were also lovely. These staff are genuinely a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience with the gentleman and lady overseeing the restaurant was extremely disappointing. We booked last minute and intended to pay for breakfast that morning. Despite repeatedly explaining that I was happy to pay, I was constantly interrupted while eating and had to ask FIVE times for a card reader. I was also repeatedly told I had to pay for two people, despite being the only person eating. There was no need for this treatment. A polite explanation and an opportunity to pay would have been sufficient. Instead, I felt harassed and uncomfortable. Management should review how these two individuals treat guests. It's a shame their behaviour overshadowed an otherwise wonderful stay. The rest of the team deserve enormous recognition for their exceptional hospitality.

The staff were absolutely delightful from the Reception Manager on the Reception desk to the kitchen & bar staff. We haven’t had service like that in a long time. The room was spacious and clean. The pool, steam room and sauna got good use. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was beautiful, very clean, everything you could need and more. The shower was perfect and breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. Staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly we were given an amazing restaurant recommendation by the lady on the front desk. The secure parking on site was an added bonus and made the whole experience effortless. We look forward to staying again in future.

We booked one night as a couple, and we had a wonderful time. We particularly enjoyed the SPA, it was clean, with all amenities that are needed such as towels, swimsuit dryer, lockers. We got upgraded to a premium king room which we thought was a nice gesture. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but delicious. I recommend this hotel highly and my sister has already booked a room as per my recommendation. I will definitely be back!

Staff were helpful, lovely and overall friendly! It was refreshing to be feel welcomed from the receptionist to bar staff. The room was spotless and up-to-date. Loved that it was only 10/15 minute walk from Elizabeth line, and the food main area in Canary. Would recommend.
