호텔 후기- Leisure Inn Hotel, London
좋은 위치, 합리적인 가격, 생각보다 맛있는 아침 식사. 방은 좀 좁고 불편하지만 런던 시내에서 이 가격에 요정도 상태 유지하는 곳 찾은 것도 좋은 경험이었다.

Comfortable. Staff helpful. Very hot in room. Provided us with a fan. Booked four single beds and got a double and two singles. Carpet near door had sharp bits sticking through ?carpet gripper nails.

Probably better in winter.
Ad stated breakfast available to buy, on arrival staff advised there was no breakfast. Only one curtain was fitted in our room so 4am was bright daylight. Gave up and checked out early and drove home after the concert we came to see.

The hotel was, all in all, fine. There was nothing elaborate about it. It provided a bed and a shower. No AC made the room a little stuffy. There was not breakfast as advertised. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the tube and right across the street from Hyde Park, so the location was alright. There was not a lot to do right around the hotel, but if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while you explore other areas of the city, this place will do.

Basic room good value for money
Good value for money. Basic room with basic amenities. Curtains do not cover the window so room bright in the morning. Good location, close to Hyde park.

Estancia decepcionante sobre todo por el precio que costó el alojamiento. Todo muy básico, calor en la habitación, no limpiaban bien ... el precio que costó por noche aquí te cojes un hotelazo y con desayuno, que este no incluía. La ubicación bastante buena, al lado de Hyde Park.

I would stay here again
I found this hotel by chance when looking for a accommodation in the area. Overall I am very pleased with my stay. The location is excellent and we didn’t have any issues. The only downside is the lack of breakfast - the information on Hotels.com reg breakfast is incorrect

Litet rum. Man får vad man betalar för. OBS frukost finns inte alls, felaktig information här på hotels.com. Däremot gångavstånd till frukostrestauranger. Handdukar byttes aldrig ut och inte heller lakanen.

UNCLEAN & NO HOT WATER
Do not stay here. Unclean sheets, COLD water, room smelt and very unfriendly/ unhelpful staff who didn’t apologise or try to amend my stay. The room felt like a prison, the air was dusty and was very noisy with thin walls. Refused a full refund for my stay after I had to leave after one night. Horrible experience there are other hotels for similar price that offer the basics that should be offered. The overall condition of the ‘hotel’ is poor and feels outdated. Wasn’t asking for luxury but wanted a clean space with hot water for a work stay.

Tragedy. Room smaller than a garden shed. Ywo days no hot water in shower ( no refund or anything) they said they dont know why and that it should be ok. Bed was a disaster, cheapest possible, made out of europallets probably. Room dusty. No air con.

Bedbugs. Really, that’s all you need to know. Indifferent staff. Beyond stupid crowded breakfast buffet area. You can do better. Pretty good access though...

I booked the hotel in july for 8 night in august. I got there on the appointed date and found the hotel CLOSED! Not just closed, it was obvious it had been closed for months (piled mail, dust on the door). To make it simple, these guys just took money for a reservation in a hotel that was out of business.

Nice for a few decent nights in London
I had a good overall experience at this hotel. I mean, sure, it is not the most perfect hotel in London, but you can get a decent room for a very fair amount of money. So thank you for the welcoming, I had a good place to rest.

The room was small but clean and comfy. We had a little trouble checking in as they could not find our room key and did not speak the best English but this was sorted relatively easily. Breakfast was basic but delicious.

Cold, noisy, but ok standard
Cheap offer on Hotels.com, bout several in the same prize and "star" category to chose from. I chosed the wrong hotel this time! Sayed at several other hotels i London in the same category, which is better, but this one was this time nearest from my meetings. Needed only one night - and in thus case luckily. Got a singel room, which was " modern" and clean, ok standard - but... Had a huge window facing the backyard. No isolation at all, freecing cold, even with a removable heater and an extra blanket. (Outside teprarature 5 C.) Felt I was camping without a good sleeping bag. Had a very bad night (which is a very important parameter when visiting a hotel). and therefore a bad exeperiance). The door had a tree cm opening under the door, facing the stairways, which ment I had other guests "walking thrue my room". Very noisy, and also a bad experiance. Had ordered a room with a "Private" bathroom, which on this hotel meant a bathroom in the next floor, and had to be shared with two other rooms (!). Visiting a toilet or taking a shower made me feeling I was i a Hostel, and like walking a mile... Tried to change room, and got a room with the same bad conditions. I did not see the the other single and dubble rooms, but stay away from room 107, 108 and 109. I you get one of them: change hotel! (Breakfast ok with normal options)

Dès notre arrivé , la chambre n'était pas appropriée,un lit double au lieu d'un lit jumeaux,lavabo bouché, chambre étroite.Après réclamation,le lendemain une chambre super confortable nous a été attribuée,pour le restant de notre séjour.Merci pour ce geste commercial.
