돈만 받고 청소는 안하는 호텔인듯

객실이 엄청 작음. 건물이 아주 오래된것 같음. 아주 더러운 이불. 물수압이 형편없음. 4일동안 똑같은 아침식사(삭빵2종류, 시리얼3종류, 오이, 토마토, 치즈1종류, 삶은달걀, 우유 커피 티 잼4종류 물 끝) 이때까지 가본 유럽 국가 호텔중 가장 최악

5 Nights in London - Love it!!!!

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. My wife was pregnant almost 7 month so requested comfortable room before I arrived. Checked in but there was only 4th floor room available with no lift so afraid how to do, asked receptionist about my request then she checked my reservation again and tried to help me so she checked better room for that night but told me to move next day. Room was big and comfortable. Next day only was available 3rd floor and senior receptionist tried to help us again. I dealth with senior staff Shwan and Niluks both staff was very helpful and kind. Actually, all receptionist was very helpful for my own experience. Thank you guys :) There is pre-auth 20 pounds which shown on the conditions, It's like deposit when something happened to hotel, damanged and stolen stuff. While I was checking out there was one guy mad with this pre-auth 20 pounds, it was on the conditions and even shown on the reception desk and that pre-auth will be cancelled automatically when you check out. TIPS FOR LONDON if you staying 5-7 days buy oyster card. This is amazing. We travelled with this card for unlimited 7 days pass. London buses are 24 hours service. Hotel located near Bayswater station. You can walk within 10 mins and bus stations are even closer. One day I used this oyster card 5-6 times haha. I really enjoyed travelling London and stayed this hotel, oh breakfast was also included so you can save more money :)

Das „Hotel“ ist herunter gekommen, was ich nicht schlimm finde. Die Preiskategorie lässt nichts schönes erahnen. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts. Bei anderen Städtetrips in gleicher Preiskategorie, war dies stets gegeben. Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich, unhöflich und desinteressiert an den Kunden. Gesprochen wird hier nicht, nur das mindeste beim einchecken. Beim auschecken gabs nur: „insert card“. Alles andere in London war echt super! Das Hotel liegt zentral, das Frühstück kann man sich schenken (sofern man es bezahlen muss, lasst es weg). Umliegend genügend Möglichkeiten zum frühstücken in allen Preisklassen.

The stay was awful, the room was in a basement that smelt damp, and of gas, the bed was well past its sell date, and the basement area outside the window was filthy and smelt and had a sewer. the room was noisy even though we were told it was a quiet room, and a regular guest always books it, and at 9pm we were going to leave and sleep in the car, but a new chap on reception gave us a nicer room, never again will we book this hotel, there were plenty of empty rooms, but shaun on reception said they were over 100 ponds a night, well an empty room earns nothing, surely half price is better than nothing, far too greedy, and a better room brings the customer back, the photos on the web need redoing, iy makes your web site look incompetent.

Upon arrival was asked for 20 deposit and given the key. Was told our room was downstairs which had threadbare carpet and not proper sized stairs. There were no signs showing where rooms are. Upon entering the room the room was cold unhoovered and looked awful and not suitable for 2 guests. The TV did not work and the bed was very uncomfortable with a sheet and blanket continental breakfast was disgusting and dirty cutlery was provided. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not stay again

Hotel proximo ao metro. Muitas escadas e com malas fica dificil. Recepcionistas nada simpaticos apenas uma moca durante o dia se mostrava muito prestativa. Quarto bastante quente e troca das toalhas diariamente. Fiquei no 3 andar onde o wifi nao pegava e sem frigobar. Cafe da manha sempre o mesmo, nada diferente. Pra quem quer o basico eu recomendo.

Helt okej när man inte stannar på rummet

Fungerar bra som övernattningshotell. Ingen frukost att hurra över men var ungefär vad vi räknat med. Små rum som duger gott att sova i.

Ett undermåligt lågklasshotell utan hiss

Det är dålig service här, en äldre mannen som tog emot oss id incheckningen talade dålig engelska och ar inte speciellt intresserad av att hjälpa oss checka in. Vi fick inte behålla samma rum under båda övernattningarna utan var tvungna att byta. Anledningen till det var lite oklart, en vi var tvungna att lämna in nyckeln till första rummet till frukosten. Rummet behövdes till andra gäster (!), och vårat nya rum var inte klart. I ställde våra väskor inne på min kusins rum under dagen. Frukosten var väldigt enkel, jag skulle inte kalla den ”Continental”, snarare billig och enkel. et var trångt i matsalen och serveringspersonalen hälsade inte. Hotellet får ett lågt betyg, det är slitet, ingen hiss , tveksam service, dålig frukost och dålig service. MEN, hyfsat prisvärt och ligger centralt. Rummen skulle kunna vara billigare mht till ovanstående. Ett bra alternativ till de som endast ska sova några timmar på rummen, och sen behöver någonstans att ställa väskorna under tiden de turistar.

とにかく狭いです。入ったこと無いけど監獄に居る気分になりました。日本だと都内でも十分広くて清潔なホテルに泊まれる価格だと思うのですが、ロンドンは物価が高いのでしょうね。アクセスはとても良くて主要な観光名所は行きやすい立地だと思います。私はたまたま二階だったのでWi-Fiも届いたし、階段もそんなに大変じゃなかったのでよかったですが、エレベーターが無いので上階の人達は大変だと思います。アメニティは石鹸のみなので用意が必要です。朝食はオープンしてすぐに行かないと混んでて入れません。ロンドンは日本と違って朝食も高いので、朝食付きはお得だと思います。お風呂は普通に綺麗でした。ベッドはシーツは清潔だったと思うのですが、上に掛かってる布が小汚い印象で、寝るときはなるべく体に触れない様にして寝ました。私は寮に入るまでの繋ぎだったので価格重視で選びましたが、普通の観光や、素敵な思い出作りに来たのならこのホテルはオススメしません。観光だけで予算も限られてるなら少し電車で離れてても、もっと質の高いホテルを私なら選びます。
