The hotel was great in terms of locations and customer service. The hotel had lots of stores, restaurants & the train station at walking distance. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were somewhat difficult to find as you had to make lots of ups & downs & turns. Our friends had to stay in the rooms over across the street from the reception.

The hotel is in a good location for seeing London. My room was VERY small and in the basement. Which I did not like at all. The bed was comfortable, shower good, some had tv channels. Most importantly the AC worked. The wait for breakfast was long. The food was basic but, ok. I did see the cloth the workers were cleaning the tables with touching the clean plates and cutlery. Very unsanitary. I would not book this hotel again.

Lovely friendly staff. Stayed in club twin room. Bathroom was small Toilet initially didnt stop running but managed to sort it ourselves. No complimentary fruit as advertised. Breakfast was nice and varied but room was v hot.

The property is in a great location with them, walking distance from the train station and tons of places to eat and shop. My room was ready so I was able to get an early check-in and the room was very nice. I had to leave early for the airport and the wait staff at the restaurant was a little hesitant to packing a Takeaway breakfast for me, and kept telling me that they could not give me anything to go, but one of the male employees was very helpful and asked me what items I wanted and was very good at packing everything up and giving it to me and sending me on my way. I appreciate it that.

Lovely, clean, comfortable room in an ideal location for our stay. Lovely, welcoming staff and excellent customer service. The breakfast was nice too, and regularly replaced items made it hot and fresh. Would recommend staying here again.
